All the staff is very friendly, cordial and helpful! Connor at the front desk was especially helpful in getting us the room we requested and accommodating our needs. He was great! Breakfast buffet was top quality and the restaurant manager was super nice too.
Our only recommendation is that the air conditioner fan in our room was a bit noisy, other than that definitely 5 stars!

I try to avoid this hotel anytime I come to chandler. The hotel is not very clean. The staff is rude. It 12 dollars a day to park and they want 16 for standard holiday inn breakfast buffet. You'll be lucky to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The coffee doesn't come out until around 6am and it seems once it's gone it's gone. Two days now I haven't been able to get coffee in the morning because the pot was empty.
I am platinum member and requested a room on the top floor and away from the elevators and they gave me a first floor room across from the elevator. The toilet in the room would randomly fill at times which was surprisingly loud and even woke me up a few times throughout the night. When I asked to move rooms I was told there was nothing they could do.
In a past stay they charged me a smoking fee even though I went outside every time to smoke. I was even asked at times to smoke in the far area of the parking lot. The GM basically called me a liar and said he would not remove the fee.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. There are much nicer places in the area.

Every year we get sent to chandler for work and i often opt to stay here because I know it's in a safe neighborhood and it is a clean hotel. But every year i return it gets worse.
-$12 a day for parking? when in the past there was no parking fee
-The breakfast isn't free, let alone cheap. "only $15.99"
- the water in the pool is super cloudy and the hot tub jets were broken when i visited last
- Also, the beds are super hard.
Still a nice hotel but because of the price gouging i plan on going elsewhere in the future.

The hotel itself is a nice and comforting place. The staff however is not. I couldn’t have my tv above volume 10 without getting a noise complaint. The staff even came and said something to me while smoking outside. Needless to say I got charged with a smoking fee, even though they watched me go outside and smoke every time. There is no way to dispute or fight it, so if they say you were smoking then that’s it! I travel the country year round for work, and have stayed in plenty hotels. I will not be back to this one. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Stayed two nights. Worst place I have stayed in quite a while. |Checkin at the front desk had serious attitude energy |Water pressure was minimal at best. Took 2-3 min to refill |Wall AC not cooling. Turned out the coils were matted with months or even years of dust and dirt. Day and a half after requesting maintenance (from the attitude energy front desk person) cleaned it ourselves with a hairbrush. Maintenance never came. |No hot water. More like luke warm water. |$12/ day for parking (who does that for a shared parking lot in the Valley?) and $16 for a "hot" breakfast makes the total daily price more expensive than other nicer hotels in the area. |Had to practically beg for towels and coffee at the end of the day since services are apparently not part of the deal for stays of 2 nights|The "don't care" factor is high here. |Better places for same or less money in the area.

Although I paid about $100 extra per night for two nights for this room because it has a jetted tub, I could not bring myself to use the tub because the jets were filthy. I anticipated perhaps needing some cleanup as I have a jetted tub in my own home, so I brought 6 dishwasher pods with me and ran them through the tub the entire first day I was there in hopes of being able to use the tub that night, but it wasn't enough! The jets need to be removed and cleaned and proper cleaner needs to be run through the lines. I was so disappointed at this even as covid continues.

The rooms were very clean and modern with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were extremely clean with large bathtubs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need to make your stay more comfortable. The food is excellent.

Ladies at the check-in desk were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
There is a nice place to have a drink and food right across the parking lot. Decent prices and nice service. Plenty of parking. Signed up for member discounts for my next stay.
Breakfast was 15.99 a person if you didn't get it with your stay which I thought was too expensive.
