We adore this place but the cleaning has gone down hill. Had my handy dandy bug light no bugs but very bad stains and filthy that dosen't show to a naked eye. Tons of lint around the beds . Everything needed a deep clean. Need carpet removed and durable flooring installed. Spent two nights at HI airport and I recommend it over this location until a remodel happens. The people are great. Good atmosphere really nice hot shower but needs over haul cleaning. We will come back just disappointed.

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Helene and stayed 3 nights. The staff was super friendly and very caring knowing our situation. The breakfast buffet and in hotel restaurant was great! Highly recommend staying here.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Mobile on I-10 was extremely nice and accommodating, but unfortunately, they have little to work with. The hotel has several issues that need urgent attention:

Bathrooms: The tubs need caulking and cleaning; there appeared to be dirt in the tub.
General Cleanliness: There is a persistent mold smell throughout the hotel.
Maintenance: Water was dripping from the ceiling, and there were several maintenance issues like a missing hook on the back of the door, chipped and peeling paint, and curtains falling off the rod. Additionally, the curtains were too short. We checked in and went to the room and checked out immediately.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It feels like it should resort to an hourly rate given its current condition.

I'm here right now. No issue with customer service- they were great. If you want a hot shower this is NOT the place. Lukewarm water was the best they could do. The bathroom flooring is surprisingly very slippery. I'm not sure who made that decision but someone will fall soon I'm certain. I used a towel on the floor for safety. There was no mat made available. Oh and no microwave in rooms but I did see one in the room with the ice machine. The house keeper needs to be retrained. The beds were poorly made, the bathroom was not freshened up properly and no cups were left for coffee...

My husband and I had such a great stay! Mr. Gerald is so kind and accommodating. I wasn't feeling well upon arrival, and he was very hospitable and asked me how I was the next morning. You don't feel like a stranger in this hotel. Bed was comfy. Room was cute and stylish. They have a delicious Mexican restaurant right across the road with a cute outdoor seating area, if you want something besides the restaurant and bar inside of the hotel. There is also a gas station within walking distance for snacks and to fill up before getting back on the road. Great place to stop on a road trip, or just a weekend get-away. We will be back soon!

Service was amazing. I was worried after reading reviews after booking through Hotwire. Are the rooms pristinely clean? No, but they are clean enough. I felt comfortable letting my 2 year old run around. There was a musty smell to the room, but I got air sanitizer spray and it went away quickly. My family will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.

We stayed at this location on Saturday, June 22 after travelling 14 hours. At first glance, the hotel is very nice. The manager was very welcoming and the ambiance was relaxing. As we settled into our room, on our bed, my husband immediately started itching. As he is a City Inspector, he became very wary of why he was itching. We began checking the bed, suddenly noticing a variety of stains on the duvet, sheets, and a blood stain on his pillow case. But worst of all he saw bed bugs.

There are no land lines within the room we were in, so my husband went downstairs to get the manager who came up. The manager checked the corners of the bed and looked under the mattress. He saw the stains and said housekeeping hadn't changed out the duvet or the sheets. He said he found no sign of bedbugs but would have housekeeping come up right away to change the sheets.

When he left, my husband was unsatisfied with the answer received, and decided to pull back the bed sheets completely. Right in the spot he had laid on, towards the middle of the bed, was a black mass of the beginning stages of bedbugs. My husband went downstairs again and learned there were no other rooms in the hotel.

We packed up our belongings and left right away with a return in payment. The manager said they do health checks regularly but with dirty covers and sheets not replaced daily, this will be a problem. I know this can happen at any hotel, even a five star resort. Just be aware and always check the corners of the ceiling in the room, wipe down your room, examine your bedding as well as always pull back the sheets.

The management was very nice a welcoming. The rooms need better attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the bedding. I wasn’t very satisfied with that but we pack our own items so we made it work. The breakfast isn’t the best but it worked however It’s not anything I’d pay for. Again amazing staff but please do a better job at cleaning.
