From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile. Darlene went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She provided insightful recommendations for dining and transportation options, and she even took the time to ensure that my room was exactly what I wanted.

Maritza greeted me with a big smile and happy personality. She thanked me for my status and proceeded to apply the perks and explain the parking and breakfast hours. Everything I need to know for my quick overnight stay. This property is heavily used and it is well maintained. It is always nice to have quality place near the Airport to get a good nights rest before or after a flight. 10 out of 10.

After stay note: I called to get a copy of my bill and Maritza answered the phone. She was very nice and accommodating by emailing it within 10 minutes.

I flew out to perform on America's got talent season 20. I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk was very knowledgeable and efficient. My room was very clean. The pillows gave a nice variety of firmness to softness. Security was visible from the entrance. Everyone was exceptional. Jose greeted me in the restaurant fixed my orange juice and offered a togo. Stayed one night to catch an early flight. They are a very clean hotel, the rooms were perfectly sized and the beds were amazing. Linens were clean and the pillows were so comfortable.
My only regret is eating at the restaurant. The food was good but outrageously overpriced. $10 for a SIDE of fries is insane. The burger was good and big enough to split and feed me, and my two small children. But they automatically add a 20% tip that they say goes directly to the server. We didn’t sit down and get served. We took our food to go. So a burger, fries, and Diet Coke was $50. There is a McDonald’s in the parking lot which I would have gone to had I really looked at the prices before paying for the restaurant food.
We tried to use the pool in the morning but being LA and the pool being wedged next to a parking lot, the smell of exhaust made it hard to sit poolside and relax. We stayed for about 5 minutes then went back to the room.
The check in and out ladies were nice and efficient.
Like I said, there is a McDonald’s in the parking lot. There is also a Starbucks around the corner if you don’t want to pay for their buffet breakfast.
We didn’t use parking so I can’t comment on that but we did use the airport shuttle. The shuttle was quick and efficient as well. I would absolutely use this hotel again for a quick stay!

Only stayed for one night but it was perfect for me. Free shuttle to/from LAX. Lovely room. Modern decor and immaculate. McDonald’s is right in front of the hotel and there’s a Subway sandwich eatery around the corner. Reasonable price. Very quiet. If you want a hotel near the airport, this is a great choice.

We flew in from Sydney Australia via Hong Kong and had made previous reservations thru Expedia. Due to the time zone changes we neglected to make reservations for the correct day. Darlene and Zalhme were extremely helpful in correcting the situation. They ensured us to not worry as they were able to work with Expedia so we would not get charged a cancellation fee due to it being after the allowed timeframe. We are very appreciative to these women for their professional and exceptional service.

The hotel is clean and orderly. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and promptly helped me and answered all of my questions. Jose A. in the dining room made my dinner experience perfect and was very attentive. I really appreciate that he cared enough to make sure each thing he did was done with care and kindness.

Everything is perfect. All the staff are really sweet. I got a lot of help from the reception, cafeteria, and shuttle. It's really convenient because there's a shuttle, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The staffs are the best. The room is clean. The rooms are equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. It's perfect for staying before boarding a plane. there is a shuttle zone on level 3 and a shuttle every 20 minutes for 24 hours.
