Right when we walked in to the lobby you saw the cleanliness and smelled the coffee from the Pete’s coffee shop. Checking in was a breeze and our Hostess Maria was professional and kind. The room was spacious and well laid out with great amenities. I especially liked the personal touch of our hostess reaching out via text to make sure we were happy with our room. The restaurant was delicious and had a swanky but relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Overall, this hotel was clean and convenient, a good option if going to the Southern California parks without paying a premium. Our room was clean and large. We were in a suite with a rather uncomfortable couch, but the bed itself was fine. The current elevator situation in the hotel is atrocious. At least one elevator was out of commission, others took 5+ minutes to arrive (the hotel isn't that many floors!) and were outdated. Other guests talked to us about how bad the elevators were. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time, this led to the pool area. Others also did this, and the hotel could benefit from adding more explicit signage since it was both unclear how to get into the hotel from the pool area, and you ended up passing through a random staff corridor to get back to the entrance.

The room & the hotel were nice. Lots of parking spots available. Service takes forever. Called down to request sheets for pull out bed & it took them 2 hours to send them up. I had to call call down at least 3 times to get the sheets. They have 3 elevators but only 1 was in operation - if you could call it operational. It took forever to get to any of the upper floors, it was always crowded, only one number inside the elevator actually lit up when you pressed it. On floor 7 you had to press the up button to call the elevator even if you were going down. The television did not work when we got to the room but once they sent a maintenance man up it worked. Having the desk right next to the air conditioner is probably not a good design idea, you either freeze with the ac on or get hot with it off. The water pressure of the shower was not that powerful but I tend not to expect a lot from hotel showers lately.

I have stay at this property on two different occasions in the past. The first was great. In my second stay with was around 3 weeks go they only had 1 elevator working. While my 3rd visit to this property they still had only 1 elevator working. Someone has threw up in the elevator and failed to report it. I was awaken at 630 by screaming teenage girls that were yelling and running down the hall way. It was a horrible stay and will most likely not return. Do not recommend.

We were in town to visit friends and go to some appointments. I have not stayed here before but the location was convenient. The front desk service was very nice. And the room was great. There is work being done on the elevator but it was still fine.

We had mandatory evacuation orders from the fires and were forced to flee our home with nothing but our two cats and a small suitcase of clothes. It was the most stressful and emotional time of our lives. In a panic and having no plan, we decided to flee south and get away from the fires to a safe place. Fleeing south down I-5 we saw the Holiday Inn, so we decided to pull over and try to get a room. I think we got one of the last rooms since the hotel was packed with other evacuees, and we were so grateful just to be safe with our cats for the time being. The staff treated us so well, every last one of them. From the front desk and housekeeping to the workers in the restaurant and security, every single person treated us with great respect and were sympathetic to our needs and worries. They definitely did not give us anymore stress than we had and they were eager to help us out with anything we needed. I love this staff. Our evacuation orders were lifted after a couple days and we were allowed to go home, and the checkout process was painless and I was kinda sad to say goodbye to these angels that helped us through this. Thankfully our home was spared and when we got home we had friends that were about to evacuate and we recommended this hotel to them as well. We will always remember this place as our safe haven that helped us in our panicking time of need. Thank you.

I can not accept the dirty room situation.
When I just checked in, woody floor is sticky. Then I found the too many black stain when I wiped up by wet tissues. I guess this hotel never been cleaned the floor.
Also, Water is always stacking in the bath from day1. Finally I found the drain clogging which is caused by previous guest’s hair.
The staff who assigned for house keeping was not cleaned up the drain of the bath all of days.
In addition, I found the garbage which is trashed by previous guest under the sink. It means never cleaned up at least recent few days.
We will not use this hotel again.

I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy long waits and frustration. The hotel has three elevators, but only one is working. One is out for renovations, which is understandable, but the other? No explanation—just out of service.

This means crowded lobbies, long waits, and packed elevators every time you try to go up or down. If you’re on a high floor, good luck. For the price, I expected much better maintenance and communication from the hotel. Disappointing experience.
