We found ourselves needing a room for the night because of work being done in our townhome. Cameron talked to me over the phone and ended up checking us in also. Super nice young man. Room was quiet but most of all CLEAN!!. We did partake in the breakfast they offered the next morning and it was decent. Would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone. And…. they use Dove products in the bathroom😇

We have stayed at this location several times for our extended stays in Vancouver. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is always amazing. Special mentions to Cameron and Al at the front desk and Reina for making the most beautiful buffet breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Stay here. You will be happy you did.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. At check in the young man at the desk was very helpful in helping me choose the best room for me. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Overall a great hotel.

No rest for the weary

I don't hold the hotel responsible for ill behaved children that were staying at the hotel, that's for the less than responsible coaches. What I do hold the hotel responsible for was the lack of caring or concern for my issue of some punk kid pounding on my door waking me from a dead sleep like he was some sort of stormtroopers. I was assured the behavior would be addressed, less than an hour later the pounding occurred again. When I checked out the next morning I asked the desk agent to confirm the 15k in points for not getting any sleep were in my account, I was lied to as they weren't, I had to call the hotel to find out where they were, I asked to speak to the general manager, after being put on hold, the front desk clerk said your points have been approved, I said that's nice but I asked to speak to the manager, apparently the manager doesn't speak to guests she would not take my call it I wouldn't be transferred. Well I speak to mangers, I spend inexcess of 200 nights per year in hotel rooms, I speak with money this hotel had it worked out could have been my home base for 20 stores, with 2 visits a year that's a minimum of 40 nights you should have had a a guarantee, now the only guarantee you have is that another hotel will get those nights, thanks for taking my call, thanks for hiring liars!

We had a good experience. We received excellent service from Al Acrath. Al went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Al was always there to help solve any problem, and did this with a smile. Al was very caring and professional. Amazing. THANK YOU AL.

The overall experience was decent. We had ants in our room and since the hotel was booked we weren't able to change rooms. They did spray our room while we were out and never saw them again. I asked for compensation of either a partial refund or points and they were going to ask the manager. Two days later I haven't heard anything and the charge for the room has gone through.

The staff was very friendly and our room was amazing! Very comfortable! Even though they were doing construction, everything was clean and quiet. Handy that there is a coffee shop right around the corner if you want a wider coffee selection.

The beds and pillows are so comfy. The lighting in the bathroom is fabulous. The staff are very friendly. Then the cinnamon rolls for breakfast are the best!!!
