My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The breakfast that was served was plentiful and definitely an edible selection. The rooms were clean, cable channels on point (except ours lost its signal on day 2 of 3, maintenance came and fixed it), and the area was somewhat walkable. My only gripe was that I don't think the tub/shower was cleaned sufficiently; there were clumps of head hair in the corners. I brought my own supplies to clean up myself, but I get grossed out by hair. Other than that, the water was hot, there were complimentary Dove products for use, and everything else appeared clean and comfy! I'm satisfied.

The checkin in/ out was very quick and easy. Very nice and helpful staff. Lobby, dinning area, halls, rooms, everywhere was clean. We only had 2 problems 1 was the pillow case was dirty when we got in but they quickly brought a new one. Our 2nd problem was the shower had a big crack in and it seemed to be taped up. It felt very unstable to take a shower. I felt like I couldn’t move or else it would start to bend really bad. Other than that the room was clean and stocked up. We didn’t want our room cleaned just yet (wasn’t dirty) but needed fresh towels and the lady brought them up right away and was very kind. The food in the dinning room was very good, they had lots of options. I was glad to be able to choose from different things. The lady who was working in the dining area was constantly checking on the food and restocking and cleaning the area which was great to see. Overall we had a great stay.

The hotel had a nice breakfast!! However, we asked for our room to be cleaned and no one came for 2 days. We asked again and they did come. My college age son really wanted to use hot tub. We got our suits on and went down to pool and it was cold. We found out it was not working (we were not told about this) Also, out of service for entire stay. Disappointing.

Also, we didnt stay ther for our last night - styed at nothe holiday inn which was better - Was told by 1800 reservations that last night would be credited but haven't seen that yet.

The room was spacious, plenty of lighting fixtures, lots of bathroom amenities, a Keurig machine with pods, a mini fridge, a working A/C, and a non-squeaky bed! The breakfast was very yummy, especially those cinnamon rolls! The pool being heated would’ve been the cherry on top!

Stayed at this cozy hotel in Temecula, and it was a nice, comfortable place—nothing too fancy, but clean and well-kept. The room was quiet, the bed was comfy, and everything felt well-maintained. Staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Only downside was breakfast—it got really crowded, and there weren’t enough tables, so we had to take our food back to the room. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Other than that, it was a solid stay in a great location, and I’d definitely consider coming back next time I’m in town.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff we did encounter was very nice. Our hotel room I felt was very clean. The TV was outdated. The bathroom had a censored light so whenever you walked in the brighter, lights would come on, but if you were sitting on the toilet for more than two seconds, the lights would turn out and you would have to waive your arms for the lights to come back on, so you felt like you were at a rave. The water pressure in the shower was very sad. I felt like I took an hour long shower just to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The pillows were very nice which is a rarity, but the bed was absolutely horrible. I don’t know who even still owns a spring mattress anymore my shoulders, hips, back and knees were killing me in the morning. I tossed and turned all night. I was so uncomfortable and exhausted when I woke up in the morning.

I was very disappointed in this hotel very nice area, but the housekeeping really needs to pick up their cleanliness when we arrive to the hotel I had to put my disabled mother into the shower, which we were so tired. I did not even get to look and see how clean as it was. It was molded around the tub also when I went to check the bed, there were urine on the mattress and blood on the mattress pad. I immediately called down with the front desk, clerk. She run some stuff up to me to change it out, but I was very disappointed and how the bed look the wires were coming out of the bed. I also contacted the manager to let her know, and she did not have no remorse on what I was telling her. She just act kept asking me. Is there anything else I need? I don’t understand that I am a housekeeping supervisor and there is no way I would have spoken to someone or sold them a disgusting room that looks like that blood and urine on the mattress is very unacceptable. I am happy that I checked before my disabled mother lay down for the night only thing I was trying to tell her, which is the manager of the property that she needs to look more into what is going on in the rooms. I also sent pictures to her as well.

When I stay at a hotel, especially when the rates are not cheap, you expect a certain level of operation. I would imagine that a well run hotel would include someone checking the rooms to ensure basic amenities would be functional. The TV and microwave did not work and our shower smelled like mildew.
