When I arrived, the shower curtain was missing. The lady at the front desk immediately replaced it. She was very courteous and smiled the whole time. Refreshing to see people who actually enjoy their job and take time to make sure your room is ready. The room was very clean and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed here at least twice and each time the everything was very clean and the staff very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Our stay at the Weston, WV Holiday Inn Express was amazing from the time we walked in the door. The person behind the desk welcomed us and immediately upgraded our room due to our rewards status. She was so polite and efficient. Our room was amazing! Everything was so clean. We utilized the lobby tables for a family get together and it was more than adequate. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and everything was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay there again for our next family reunion.

If you are fortunate enough to stay at the HIE Weston, you will be taken care of! Skye and her team truly provide top tier service! We take a large group that needs 13-20 rooms a year, and they are always ready! We are able to plan team dinners in the lobby area, and then use the pool for a meeting. The kids and adults love it!

One of my favorite hotels to stay at. It location is perfect for us when traveling between homes or visiting friends or relatives. The breakfast that is included is one of the best for a hotel breakfast. Staff is always friendly and nice and our rooms have always been clean as well as the beds being very comfortable. The grounds offer plenty of space for walking our German Shepard and there is trash cans outside for disposal of his waste. There is a convenience store within walking distance as well as a BK and there is a small strip mall next door with a laundromat, an urgent care and a small gambling facility to have a beer at.

The property is very clean with very professional and courteous staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. The site accommodates dogs and are receptive to them. I had no issues at this site and if back in the area I would select again. Special mention to the two women who work the reception desk in the afternoon and evening shift.

This is our second stop at this hotel - first time was in 2022. It’s clean and quiet, and well maintained. The lobby is immaculate, and it was really nice seeing it decorated for Christmas. We were given water and some cookies when we checked in, always appreciated… they even had candy and some hot water available for hot chocolate.||Room was pretty decent, great bed. We use this hotel as a stop over on our way home/to Florida, so we aren’t really using any amenities, but the pool area looked nice. ||Breakfast was very good. You can tell someone has taken care to offer a little more selection than an average HIE. Chocolate chips and flavoured syrups for the pancakes, lots of yogurt and fruit selection. Hot items also included a frittata, fried egg and sausage rounds that would have made a good breakfast sandwich, biscuits, and sausage gravy.||We’ll likely aim for this hotel again, thanks for a great stay!

Reception staff recognized right away that we had young children frustrated by a long drive. Front desk Manager immediately pointed out cookies and hot chocolate bar as a special treat to be followed up by the sparkling pool once we were settled! What a genuinely caring and patient staff. Cleanliness and comfort were spot on! Slept great!

The front desk person was amazing. She made me feel at home. She explained breakfast and swimming hours without asking. She offered me bottled water without me asking for it. Spun a wheel for points. Best holiday inn I’ve been to in a while.
