I was very pleased with the hotel room and the amenities provided. The refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig worked great. Large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion were included in the bathroom. The bedding was clean and softer than the linens at many other hotels. The complimentary breakfast included so many options, and everything appeared to be fresh and delicious.
My only complaints are minor and can be easily resolved or planned for: The soda vending machine was not very cold, the toilet paper holder was poorly placed and did not hold the roll very well, and the TV lacked streaming capabilities.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Here one night for a business trip and this was a worthwhile place to book. A great location to where I needed to travel. Staff here were friendly and went out of their way to help make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I truly recommend this hotel. They are always cheerful and careful to the guests. Crystal was always so cheerful, and she me to much energy. Marilin was like an older sister- reliable and dependable. Dulce was an incredibly well-balanced leader! Ana was always kind and kids liked her and Crystal. Nice clean breakfast, I miss Ali’s bacon.

I didn’t know anyone in this town, and I stayed with my husband, who had been unfaithful financial support to many young girls for a long time and was abusive to our children,I came here to discuss the future with him. During that time, he slapped my daughter, so I called the police. Then immieatly he escaped from home and filed a false report, and I arrested front of my children and ended up in jail. It was one of the hardest and most painful moments of my life, and during that time, this hotel became a place of refuge for me.

The staff showed me incredible care, protected me, and treated me like family. I stayed here for about two months, and they kept my children who escaped from him safe too. As a Japanese person who doesn’t speak English fluently, I was able to use their workspace to complete documents and take the next steps forward. I am so grateful for their support.

On my child’s birthday, they even wrote a heartfelt card for us, and we spent warm and comforting moments together. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart.

By the way, the prosecutor dropped the charges on December 23. I am now starting divorce proceedings and building a new life with my children in Kansas. I am deeply grateful to everyone at the hotel. When I visit Vancouver, this hotel will always feel like my home.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway from Seattle. The location was convenient for a quick visit to Portland and the Evergreen Aviation museum. We pulled right in at 10pm and were checked in quickly.

Parking: Secure, free, and easy.
Dining: There are a number of restaurants 5-10 minutes away by car.
Appearance: The hotel is updated and clean.
Beds: Are reasonably firm with a pillow top.
AC/Heat: Typical noisy window units, but the rooms are comfortable without outside of summer.

Overall, good value, and no surprises. We'll be back again.

Quick check in, the room was just the right size, bathroom amenities were great. Pillows could've been more firmer for my taste. The facility was quiet for a Saturday night. Breakfast was great, fresh and well stocked. Check out was just as smooth as check in.

Excellent customer service and overall great stay, very clean and extremely comfortable, will definitely recommend for business or leisure. Location is great and near restaurants and malls. Awesome stay! And awesome pool!

The room was spacious and well organized. The bathroom was clean and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and during the stay. The staff however, had no control over the unruly guests. For one out of three nights at the hotel, a large, loud, obnoxious and unruly family checked in next to my room. As I am a consultant and need to travel for my clients, I was working when the parents left the children unattended for at least four hours. The screamed, shouted, banged on the walls and ran rampant up and down the hallway and appears to be doing a river dance or just trying to see how much stomping they could do. No adult voices were heard. I know that this hotel is considered a family hotel but these actions were horrible. In the future, I will choose only business hotels.
