By far the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in so far as an Elite IHG member.
* did not recognize me as an elite member at check in
* coffee was cold as ice water, asked the clerk to make some fresh, said she would but never did- (gave her 2 hours)
* no hair dryer in the room
* heater in the room stunk the room up like a dead animal was inside it , ran it for 30 minutes but smell never went away
* canteen selection was small and weak choice wise
* breakfast didn’t have milk

Very seriously considering calling IHG customer service and asking for a credit .

Will not stay at this one again and I stay in 2 or 3 per week

Checking in and checking out was easy and straightforward. Hotel is on the edge of town so no restaurants nearby. However, they are only a short drive away.||Plenty of parking. Bed comfortable, room clean, and bathroom clean. Breakfast had both hot and cold items and the breakfast room was a decent size.||I would definitely stay here again.

Would give 0 stars if available due to AWFUL management and roaches. We stayed on August 3rd checked out August 5th. First night was OK. Second night found baby roach in bathroom. Killed and took a picture to show front desk. Right before checking out went to grab breakfast when a giant roach ran across the hallway. Workers act as if it's an everyday event. They blamed it on being on the bottom floor and bc it rained. Highly discourage anybody staying here. The management lies and are unprofessional. At checkout I asked to speak to manager over the bill and issues/bugs we encountered. They said they wouldn't charge my card till we spoke with manager. They never called and still charged my card. Only took off $20 for inconvenience. Called IHG only for them to tell me they spoke with her and she said she talked to me even tho she never did. Words cannot express what a awful place this is. A month later and still haven't heard nothing even after contacting BBB. You pay hard earned money are deserve ro stay somewhere clean and shouldn't worry about bringing things home to you're family

Heather’s customer service was over and above my entire trip. She made us feel welcomed and was so helpful and kind! The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained!

Very clean and they have dove soap and lotion for the rooms. Bed was very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here not long ago for a couple nights along with our daughter and her gymnastics team for a tournament. The hotel itself is nice, but could use some cleaning in the nooks and crannies. When we checked in, the clerk was polite and well mannered. She helped us with any questions we had. The price is reasonable, though Talladega isn’t very big and doesn’t have much in the way of things to do. The breakfast is pretty good, being complimentary. The night staff were amazing, both the sweet woman and the young man. I spoke for quite a while with the young man, he was very polite and kind. He ensured I had everything I needed and even offered to make me fresh coffee if I desired. We spoke about our hobbies and he was quite funny. Upon checking out, there was a short woman at the desk who was also extremely polite, and asked about our stay to make sure it was satisfactory. We felt very welcome throughout our entire time there. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Talladega!

It was a nice hotel, with very comfortable beds.
Room was clean.
The people were all very nice.
It was a pleasure to finally get a full breakfast for a change.
I will stay here again the next time I am in town.

Stayed here for a couple weeks after we bought our house and work was being done on it. The staff is very nice always friendly to us. Breakfast every day was my husband's favorite thing.
