One of the best "budget" hotel experiences I've ever had in extensive travels to multiple countries, with 100+ hotel stays over the past 25 years. Hotel was clean and quiet. We had a small dog with us, yet there was no "pet smell" that is common with so many hotels that allow pets. The self-serve breakfast was also one of the best I've seen. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was really nice. The pool was closed and it would have been nice to have been alerted to that prior to our checking in but I believe the hotel let our group coordinator know and they were the ones that dropped the ball but since we registered and had our contact info on file, it would have been nice to have gotten a call, text or email from the hotel themselves.
The rooms are oversized and really nice. Updated and clean. The bathroom was a decent size but their lights are so bright, I recommend bringing a nightlight for night so you don’t blind yourself at 3am. A dimmer switch would be cool but I don’t know if I’ve even seen that in a hotel.
They offer a free breakfast and be sure you don’t skip it. They have a great selection and the staff keep it well stocked and clean. Their automated pancake maker is pretty trick.
Overall, I’d highly recommend the place. But I would suggest calling ahead of time if you have pool loving kids to be sure it’s reopened (but that’s solid advice for any hotel stay)

This Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located next to my work location, but I was surprised at how well the staff was engaged and communicating with the guests. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic to me. Some type of eggs, biscuits and gravy, some type of meat (sausage, bacon, links), yogurts, milks, cereals, and even an automated pancake machine that you only had to press a button to get fresh hot pancakes made. The coffee was perfect to me, which came from machines that allow you to select either decaf or regular 24/7. With a variety of creamers most folks can find a coffee they would enjoy. If you like to look at Mt. Rainier, all you have to do is step out the back and you will have a nice view of it as long as it isn’t raining of course. There are several restaurants right down the road within 10 minutes. Gas in the parking lot via a 7/11 store, a Starbucks coffee in the parking lot and a Java coffee store. Great stay, I will be back.

We would stay here again. I would highly recommend the hot tub which has excellent jets and great temperature. The heated pool is also very nice to walk right into and long enough to actually swim.
The room is comfortable and has several USB outlets. The bed is firm yet not too firm providing just enough softness as well for a restful sleep. The pillows are a little too flat for us. The shower is good but was just warm and never really able to get a little hotter. The TV channels don't match the guide (FYI: you have to add 24 to the guide number in order to get the correct channel).

We stayed here once before and enjoyed our stay, but this time we had the pleasure of meeting Carmelo and he was so welcoming, and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air. Its not always like that these days. So when you encounter someone that is friendly it stands out. Sad but true. Our room was clean cozy and realy quiet. We had a good visit. Only thing I would say wasnt great was how the TV guide reads, doesn't tell you what show your watching. So you have to go to each channel and figure it out.

This is an awesome hotel! I always love having a pool. The hot tub was an awesome bonus. Breakfast was delicious, pancakes included. Shower floor was squeaky, with limited water flow pattern options. But otherwise an awesome experience.

My family stayed one night in a two queen bed room. The room was spacious enough for the four of us and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The pool was a nice temperature and spa tub the right size and relaxing. The breakfast was filling with plenty of options. The parking lot has open spots for a Saturday night. The front desk person was friendly and professional.

The pool was great for my kids, and the fitness facility was great for me. The beds were spacious, and the facility was near eating establishments. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Good price!
