I stayed one night and it all went really well! The person at the desk was very kind and friendly and placed me in a room far away from the elevators, as I asked. She even gave me restaurant recs for the area. The room was big and perfectly clean. No complaints except that more firm pillows would be great. Overall, it was quiet, clean, easy, and the people were great!

Holiday Inn looks updated and was clean. If you want to sleep, be advised they must have skimped on sound proofing as we could hear people walking and talking (at regular conversation volume) down the hallway at all hours of the night. Breakfast was very nice. Front Desk staff must have secondary duties as they kept leaving the desk. If you are mobility challenged be advised their accessible room lacked the basic of a shower chair and I was given a wimpy plastic chair.

Great hotel that is close to shopping, dining, and Sentry Fieldhouse. I would highly recommend. Pool closes at 10 pm. Should stay open until 11 pm. If you are gluten free, bring your own breakfast. Typical options. Bring your own pillows. Theirs are super flat. Need a blanket between living room and bedroom to block light and some noise from teenagers. Love the tv options and the bathroom shampoo and conditioner.

Comfortable bed, room clean. Temperature control good. Great shower. Poor curb appeal to the building. Dirty doors to the building. Dirty lobby. Breakfast hot foods terrible. Cold foods good. Coffee good.

The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. The sofa provided was a bit too soft and was uncomfortable. The TVs were good size, but dated, as we couldn't use Netflix or other streaming services with them. We didn't have the breakfast provided.

So happy they allow dogs so I could bring my dog with me. I treated myself to a suite and it was worth it. The kitchenette was great since I eat most meals in the room. Room was immaculate. Microwave and mini frig a plus. Comfortable bed and pillows.

This was a very positive experience. I was staying at the hotel while water damage was being repaired at my apartment building. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful through the whole process. Amy went out of her way to help me several times. The young guy who worked at night (didn't get his name) was also very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in town while visiting.

The hotel is dirty. The common areas and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Our room was not cleaned properly, as we found something that the previous guest had left behind.

No upgrades were offered nor did we receive any complimentary items, in spite of our rewards status.

The hot tub was slimy.
