We were in town to visit University of Portland and explore the area. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping/food on the island and close to freeway for easy access. Friendly staff, clean and the free breakfast was really well done. We had double queen room and the beds were comfortable and the room very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub hours were great and my son enjoyed the fitness room. Recommend staying here.

Hope this serves for the management/staff team to really step up and when a customer complains about the same issues over and over and nothing is getting fixed For the future customers. We were not allowed to change the tv channel since the first day we arrived. We watched the same Spanish channel for our entire stay. Which was not a good channel.
Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We had to do our own cleaning the room.
But I hope that this never happens to another customer.
The beds were great to sleep in, and the breakfast time was great!
But besides that…. Not a happy camper ️

On the outskirts of Portland, but very much worth the few more minutes of driving. I read so many hotel reviews in planning for my trip, and I decided to take a chance on this one. So glad I did. Rooms are large, clean, and beautifully updated. Staff is friendly and patient, and breakfast was very good. Parking is free and well lit, coffee/tea is available all day, microwave and fridge in room. Great value for the price. Very happy with my stay.

We had a great experience! We had a 4 night stay and it was fantastic. Location was quiet, close to shops, easy to access downtown Portland, and had lots of parking. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful beyond relief. The rooms were cozy, updated, and CLEAN! Our favorite parts were hitting up the pool/jacuzzi before bed and the breakfast! We also had the whole pool room to ourselves (just luck but still) which made for a comfortable experience. The breakfast .. MY GOLLY. As much as we wanted to go try Portland breakfast restaurants, the free breakfast was so good we just stuffed ourselves up before our adventures.

Overall 10/10 - I seriously have no complaints. What a great stay! We will be going back our next trip to Portland!

The property and staff were great and welcoming. No hassle from check in to checking out. Exted hours from the pool closing time to checking out time are huge benefits. Location to the city and surrounding activities makes this a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The pool is visible from the front lobby so it was very oblivious that a 10 kids in there were a way too many for me to want to come down and try to get in. Honestly it was harder to find the elevators or front desk staff than the pool! The breakfast area was FREEZING since they had a window open to the 38 degree weather so we always had to take food back up to our room.
The location was nice in that it was fairly quiet but less than half a mile from a strip mall with a Target for convenience in picking up the things we'd flown in without.
Since I experienced food poisoning the first night, my teenager was stuck in the room all the next day while I recuperated and it was still a quite comfortable room with the separate couch and lounge area. Sadly, even with the do not disturb hanger out, the cleaning staff banged multiple times on our door and were yelling out in the hallway while I was trying to sleep and recover. Once is MORE than enough.
I do wish they'd had a channel list or TV guide, I had to google the numbers of the Direct TV stations and then guess if they had them (they didn't have several of the ones we were interested in).

I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. It was also very nice to have such a neat and tidy space. Breakfast was your standard fare, nothing too fancy. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable amenities. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
