Comfortable bed and spacious room.
It could use another washer and dryer.
My room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was tasty with a nice variety. Although the pancake machine wasn’t working.
I will definetly be back!!

Room was like a small studio condo. Very impressive and very cool layout. This was a Queen Double which typically falls in the standard category. The room that i had felt more like staying at a high-end condo. Colors in the room, lighting, carpet and small office area all very well done. Bathroom was more than expected and blended well into the floorplan. Wall Lighting and chair color/design also metro-cool. Good job IHG!

No hot tub. Don’t bother bringing kids here. How are you gonna have a giant pool and not be open in the morning for when kids wake up and wanna go swimming? I’m pretty sure this place is cutting corner. The pool had to have been 50° or colder. Definitely won’t be staying here again

Do not stay here unless you want to be charged over double what you owe. At check out, hotel charged for me for 2 rooms (instead of the 1 I reserved) because they combined my reservation with another family. At one point, they had a hold on my card for over $3000. 3 weeks later they still have not refunded the second room and I have an outstanding charge of $820 that is not mine. They also refuse to credit me at all for my actual room despite the fact that I have had to spend a ton of time emailing and calling to get this fixed (and interest charges on my credit card because of their mistake). Corporate is not able to help and the owner of this location lied and said he’d spoken to me several times. This is a shady and unprofessional establishment. I do not recommend and would give negative stars if I could.

The hotel was under renovation. We asked for and were given top floor| No hassle about my service dog. Room was very nice and clean minimal dust above door frames etc. Slight artificial fragrance odor in room. Beds were only ok. A bit firm for me. Breakfast was again only ok.

It was a very comfortable bed. This day was uneventful and quiet. The only thing we didn't have a hot tub and that's one of the things we were looking for. The pool room was very clean. Our room was clean. The fridge and the microwave was clean as well. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Overall it was a pleasure for us. Thank you

In Pleasant Prairie we found friendly service & Clean, Comfortable rooms. The variety of Breakfast options fueled us the each day, if you are traveling to the Kenosha area I highly recommend staying at the IHG Holiday Inn Express.

Enjoyed our stay, the bed was great and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a holiday inn. They had a lot of choices available which was great. Would stay here again!
