One of my favorite IHG hotels I have stayed in! Room was clean and spacious, dishes were in the room and available. Bed and pillows were very comfortable as always. Despite being in the bottom floor, hardly any sounds were heard from above.
The breakfast was great with many options available. I appreciated the oatmeal bar and the diary free milk that was available.
The coffee was amazing and a step up from what has previously been offered at IHG.
Pool and hot tub were both clean and spacious. Fitness center had much to offer as well.
I loved the location to the baseball complex and a paved trail I could get my morning run done on!
Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

Nice big room. Pool and hot tub were nice and there were plenty of towels. Only wish they had more rooms with walk in showers. As seniors stepping in and out of a tub is getting harder to do. Breakfast was amazing. All the food was very good and the selection was great.

Clean and comfortable! Beautiful view of the softball fields. This hotel was close to all activities we needed to do. Breakfast was delicious. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a good stay. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the Pasco area.

Excellent stay and friendly staff. They always make you feel welcomed. Such a clean hotel. Spacious room’s and great breakfast and awesome cookie’s at night. They always have what you need anything extra. Great management onsite and close to restaurants

The hotel lobby clean, the room clean, the bathroom clean. My wife and I were amazed at how well this property is maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. Food items were just warm with mystery meat sausage. The new coffee system is disappointing as it has just one setting which is very strong brew and no room for hot water. We have used this hotel several times over the years as it is close to the airport and it never disappoints.

I was very impressed with the staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and the young man who checked us in stood out above all others. Definitely an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a large room. It was clean and quiet. There was a small kitchen, a desk area, a living area, and a king-size bed with the vanity opened to everything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. We were greeted with 3 flavors of cookies when we checked in. The airport shuttle was on time at 5AM and was a great drive. We had a nice evening of TV and good night sleep before departing for the airport. Would definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

The check-in experience was smooth and allowed me to check in a little early. The Service was great, rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable and the breakfast hit the spot in the morning! Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations during my visit.
