Traveling with 5 kids, our main requirements are affordability, safety and always a pool and free breakfast. This hits all those marks, and also has easy access from the highway, nearby food, an excellent included hot breakfast, pool AND hot tub, quiet nights, and great water pressure and temperature in the shower. It's a little dated-feeling outside of the lobby, and though the booking allowed 7 people in one suite, there are only 6 bed spaces. We had an air mattress with us, but it made getting around the room difficult. No freezer compartment in the mini fridge for our ice packs, and our 3rd floor hallway had a vomit smell that lingered, but fortunately did not extend to our room. Would stay again if in the area.

I want to say her name is Ashley, if it's not, I'm so sorry. But she was the best, very attentive to our needs. I know she'd been working long hours and she still had a smile on her face and made us feel very welcome, no matter what our request was. She deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

The room was great, clean and very welcoming. The beds are a little on the harder side, which was great for me as I like a firmer mattress. Housecleaning was great also, met them in the hall and one girl asked if we were going to need anything since it was a 2 night stay.

Pool was nice, a little chilly but what do you expect in February. And just our luck the hot tub went out the day before we checked in. I will definitely be booking this hotel for our next girls weekend away.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean (that's #1 on my list of importance) and comfortable. Had great nights of sleep in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect - offered all the options we could have asked for to start the day. Would definitely recommend, and will surely stay here again when we come to town.

Loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, decor was nice, layout was perfect, lots of towels and soaps. Breakfast was amazing!! Such a variety and so good!! Price of this hotel was good. Would highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was clean and well maintained. It is convenient to restaurants and gas stations. The room was well laid out with updated furniture. The wifi was a little inadequate but was usable. The breakfast area was clean and will maintained. The variety of food was limited but adequate for a quick meal before further travel.

As a frequent business traveler, I can easily say this hotel checks all the boxes for both HIX level comfort and convenience. The staff is professional and friendly, made me feel right at home.

The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are really comfortable—I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had on the road in a while.

The breakfast is great, with a kind and warm morning staff. The pool and hot tub are clean and well-maintained. I've stayed at other hotel brands and get annoyed by the over scented bath products. This property provides Dove products which makes me feel even more at home.

Best part is the location - conveniently located off the interstate, the hotel feels safe and is easy to navigate to, making it perfect for both work and leisure.

Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and service. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I have never stayed in a hotel and felt so at home and comfortable with not only the comfort of the room but with the fantastic customer service that was offered by the wonderful staff. The staff blew my mind with how well they interacted with the guests not only with my girlfriend and I but with everyone that walked in the hotel. You have some amazing staff thank you for the opportunity to speak and share about how they treated us. I can’t wait to be able to stay there again!

Selected this hotel as a midpoint on our drive. Thinking it would be as nice as the Holiday Inn Express we’d stayed in the previous 2 nights was a mistake. Parked in a dimly lit lot, and walked into a lobby filled with a table of women loudly drinking and kids running up and down the halls yelling from the pool. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Trash was still in the trash cans, hair in the tub, general dirt buildup around the sink and floors, and a strong odor of human urine in the desk/dresser area. Notified the desk clerk of the smell at checkout as we were too tired to deal with it during the night, they just laughed and said they’d have someone look at it. Hallways are uneven and seem to give as you walk down them.

Convenient location off the interstate, but be aware you will hear lots of heavy truck traffic all night. Didn’t stay for breakfast as the overall lack of cleanliness of the hotel turned us off of eating there.
