This place was perfect. Bed & pillows were comfortable for my 2 night stay. Room had good size & clean. Bathroom was large & clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Hot tub was perfect & the pool was great for a cold plunge. Gym was decent size with everything needed to get a solid workout in. The location was great. Everything is a short drive away. The staff were all friendly.

My husband and I were impressed with the excellent, friendly and helpful staff. The location is easy to find and is close to several stores and restaurants.

We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed in a standard King room and it was great! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was big. It was easy to control de room temperature.

Included with the stay was a warm breakfast. That was nice. Oh the rate was reasonable!

We have already reserved a room for Thanksgiving evening. After the family dinner this is an excellent place to come stay and have a comfortable and restful night.

The hotel has a great location, perfect for self-driving travelers. It's well-equipped with complete facilities. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a very relaxing stay. Although the breakfast isn't particularly extensive, it's complimentary. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for 4 nights. Roadside room you can hear the traffic. The reception area and breakfast area are spacious and functional. The shower 316 was amazing, so powerful . Rooms clean and the breakfast was spot on for what you need. Cereal, juice, eggs, bacon, turkey burger, omelette etc . Gym was small but very well kept and a small outside pool that we didn’t use. You know I tried to let it go but it's been eating at me. I've stayed here so many times in fact this week alone I rented a king suite for 4 days and then another room with twin Queens for 2 days. This is My sixth day and third time checking in, My day's already frustrating enough because I I'm having to stay another night away from my home, I don't mind the rates doubled I understand it's a weekend and you guys are getting booked up I get it and it's not about that, it's about the way you talked to your guests over snacks, I've had nothing but good experiences from everybody here over the last 5 years that I've lived here. This is the only time I truly felt so off put that I not only regret checking out here but will seriously question ever coming here again in the future not to mention the guests that I have that come into town quite often. If you're going to sit there and act like that over two bags of chips and some Gatorade when I've spent over $1,000 here is really disrespectful. We weren't going anywhere I was going to get a room and you already knew that they were sitting in the lobby waiting for me to pay for a room so I can put the drinks onto that room but for you to sit there and make me pay for them and walk up to them disrespectfully and say that's not what we do here that's not how we handle it as if they're about to steal it or something or they did something wrong. These are your guests that are staying in your hotel that are paying you money that are going to pay for the damn drinks, it's a little girl my daughter and my fiance and you're going off on them over them having chips that they're going to put on my room but because I don't have the room yet you come up to us like that and make me pay for it separately. Shame on you you know exactly who you are and I will never be renting a room here again if you're here. I'm just disgusted with that to be honest. And the way you said my last name you and I both know you did that on purpose. Western. I don't know what school you ever went to but if you ever looked at a compass you know how to say Western and spell it. Absolutely rude and uncalled for, if your guests have a little bit of an attitude that's their right to have it is your job to be kind and polite you could have came up to me and said something Don't go up to them I told them to get it and you saw me tell them. Absolutely unprofessional especially with your manager in front of you that doesn't say anything. So for $20 which I thought was absolutely outrageous you're about to lose long time customers and all of their associates so I'm going to sleep on this one.

Jesse was the gentleman who first assisted me with my booking, as I was needing a late check out, and he was wonderful with everything. Jesse really went out of his way to help. Upon check in Brianna and Jennifer(manager) were really kind and helpful, especially with how to request late check-out etc. They generously upgraded me to a larger room, as it was available. The rooms were a really good size, clean and comfortable, the king beds are big, the pillows and bedding are SUPER soft and comfortable (I was impressed), and the mattress is also comfortable. The breakfast included with bookings is pretty decent considering the low cost rooms and economy hotel. There was a good and nice selection of options (selection of omelettes, bagels/bread, cereal, oatmeal, muffins/pastry, coffee, juices, fruit). All together, for $130-$170 a night, it’s a great value! Thank you to Jesse, Jennifer, Brianna and the team at the hotel for all your help!

I needed a last minute stay as a coach. This location was perferct and the check in was fast. I am fussy about clenliness and that is why I choose this hotel location. Breakfast choices are good and ready early for me to get to my job. I do wish more perks for rewards members were offered and cookies in the evening. HA.

We didn’t have the best experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Murrieta this time around. For one, we stayed a week (Monday through Sunday) and did not receive housekeeping once. On Thursday I witnessed the first housekeeper clean several rooms on our floor, including the rooms on either side of us, but she seemed to skip our room for some reason. I ensured that the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign wasn’t out and went downstairs to inform the employee at the front desk who did apologize for the experience and promised to send someone up. The person never came. At the minimum we would hope to have the trash collected and fresh towels. Majority of the time we called the front desk to request said towels, we didn’t get an answer and more often than not I would go down to get them myself, only there would be no one behind the desk. Even when we checked out there was a sign saying they had stepped away.

I don’t think we will be staying here again in the future, especially since there are other options nearby like the Hampton Inn for instance. But I do hope they improve their service for their future guests.
