We love staying the the holiday day express inn. The hot breakfast in the morning is perfect for us traveling with students on a road trip. Maria in the kitchen made sure we had enough food and everything we needed. She was nice and accommodating. We will book here again because the service was great.

Great Holiday Inn Express! Electric charging at the ampm next door. Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was nice with a great selection of different items. Shower water was hot . If you really want to be picky there was a little bit of freeway noise but it was soft. I would definitely stay again! Sara checked us in late and was very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, starting with the check-in process. Sebastian at the front desk was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and welcoming. He made sure everything was taken care of and had good tips for parking.||While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, Sebastian’s friendly attitude made the experience great and I couldn't, a big thanks to him for setting the tone for such a great visit! Breakfast was great as well.

I loved how clean this property was. From the lobby and elevator to the room, you can tell they really pay attention to the cleanliness factor. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable and what I would expect. The only reason I knocked a star off is because I booked through my IHG app and set my room preference to be away from the elevator (I do this for safety purposes) and the room was actually next to the elevator. Additionally, it was extremely noisy as a result. The constant DING, doors whooshing open/closed and all the loud talking from people getting off and on was pretty disruptive going into the evening. Luckily, it didn't go late into the night but it was inconvenient nonetheless. That's the first time I've ever stayed next to the elevator in all the years I've been staying at various Holiday Inn Express properties so it wasn't a huge deal but I hope I get luckier next time with room preferences.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff soon check in was a young man who was very helpful and kind. The next shift was a girl who yelled at my disabled son and his service dog and caused a panic attack which then caused an asthma attack!!!

The overall experience is good- cleanliness and quiet. Breakfast good. However, there was a problem with room heater. No heat coming even when set at 71 deg. It was cold outside. Had to call the staff. No heat coming until he cranked it up to 80 to get some heat out. Also, he set the fan continuously running mode. He said "Auto" mode doesn't work. This is bizarre. He also said the heater itself may need to be replaced. Stayed one night. But this should be fixed ASAP.
