Very nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rolling carts available and plenty of room to get them to your room. Beds have a nice pillow feel to them but they are a bit hard for my liking, triggered my pressure points. If in the area I would stay again, but bring something to add more cushion to the bed.

This hotel is excellent and the best price to stay outside of T Town. Yes it is about 45 miles away but the property is safe, clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure your needs a met. Breakfast is very good. The front desk is very helpful. Walmart/Target and eateries are all close by. They have a pool and an outside large gas fire pit.

Best in Birmingham! Stumbled upon this gem and was mind blown by how wonderful everything was. The front desk staff were all delightful and pleasant. The whole facility was clean, SAFE, quiet, 24 hour coffee. It's also super convenient to the interstate and any kind of shopping you like. Definitely will return and recommend. Thanks for making our trip flawless. 🫶

We stayed at the Holiday Inn off and on over the last three weeks while my father was in the UAB West hospital. During one of the hardest times of our lives, Abby went above and beyond to support our family. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care made a difficult situation a little easier, and we’re truly grateful for her thoughtfulness. She even offered our family a late check-out and shared her sincere condolences, gestures that meant so much to us during this time.

I’ve been working long hours overnight and need a quiet place to sleep during the day. This one fits the bill. I have not been awakened by noise yet after 2 weeks. They did call me to move my truck for an entitled photographer, which ruined sleep one day, but I guess stuff happens. Nice new hotel, friendly staff, reliable breakfast options, nice amenities, great water pressure and very hot water in the bathrooms. I’ll be back!

I’ve always had comfortable stays with Holiday Inn, and this visit was no exception when it came to the basics—clean overall environment, friendly staff, and a smooth check-in. However, our experience in Room 332 came with several issues that made the stay less enjoyable.

There was a visible burn mark on the sheets, which was concerning. We also heard a constant banging sound coming from the bathroom wall—likely from the stairwell door nearby—that continued throughout the night and made it hard to rest.

Additionally, the shower had a few problems: the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so we had to hold it shut while showering, which was frustrating. There was also a noticeable crack in the shower shelf that made it look worn and poorly maintained.

Would I still choose Holiday Inn again? Yes. But would I choose this particular Holiday Inn? Probably not—at least not until some maintenance and room updates are addressed.

Not a five-star resort, however it is a very nice mid-range hotel. It is obvious that the employees take pride in their work and keep this facility looking at its best. Each employee we came in contact with was extremely hospitable and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you staff for making our stay a pleasure.

This was the cleanest Holiday inn we've ever stayed in! All the staff was friendly. The location felt safe and they have food and stores around. Rooms were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
