The best part of the evening we spent at The Holiday Inn Express was the woman who checked us in. She was kind, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about our needs.
The hotel was neat and clean and did not show signs of disrepair.
Our room was comfortable, with a view down to the pool.
I was appreciative of the USB ports and plentiful outlets to accommodate all of our devices.
The thermostat did not seem to respond to my adjustments, but because the temperatures were so mild, I did not call to the front desk or suffer any discomfort.
The towels in the bathroom were so flimsy, they were almost useless, but just staying there for one evening, again, did not present a huge problem.
Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely, and will definitely stay there again.

This is one of my favorite Holiday Inn locations to stay in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service from the Front Desk and Housekeeping. The room was very neat, and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleanning daily during my 4 day stay. Breakfast was amazing as always with a nice variety. My favorite things about this stay was the friendly staff, the comfortable bed, the warm shower, and the coffee is the absolute best. We will be back soon.

Dear friends at IHG, my stay was 03/10-12/25 at Loma Linda. I normally email the property GM but at this property the business card did not have an email address for me to send comments to. After this stay, I am sharply compelled to send you this message. I am a massive worry-wart when it comes to travel logistics. I hate logistical problems when I travel. I arrived at the desk and informed Alexis I needed to set up an Uber ride at 4am Wednesday morning. She very calmly told me, "open your Uber app on your phone and I can get that done for you." Cool!!! She did it in a few strokes and my ride was set up. I double-checked my flight time and decided I needed to move my Uber ride up 30 minutes earlier. I asked Alexis and again she said, "open your Uber app and I can change that for you." Perhaps not a big deal to some folks but to me, when someone makes a personal effort to be kind, it is worthy of real recognition. This kind of willful helpful attitude is what has won my allegiance to IHG. Thanks a million guys. Please let Alexis know. I look forward to my next stay very soon. See you soon. RAS

I travel solo frequently and truly enjoyed my short stay at this location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and easy parking. The bonus was having a complimentary breakfast available. 5 Stars all around.

Had a nice looking and sized room
Bathroom was clean and comfortable.
Hot tub was nice. It was clean and refreshing to relax.
Breakfast was mediocre. Staff did not watch and restock enough, out of coffee and several other breakfast items each day.
Bed was too low and difficult to get up out of. Uncomfortable to sleep on.

I would recommend this hotel. Conveniently located off of interstate 10. Our room was very large. I don't know if all the rooms are this big but we were very surprised how much room we had. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the Pancake machine at breakfast was not working very well and the other items offered were cold but I guess that is to be expected at a breakfast buffet

We’re a family of 4 with two little boys. We enjoyed staying at the room as the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze and they gave us a corner room on the top floor, which made my kids really happy. Breakfast was good and has option to bag some on the road. Will stay again if we are in the area next time.

Since the moment I step in the hotel your staff has very good customer service skills . Very professional and and just positive energy from everyone . They were in sync working together. That's what stuck out the must for me . Put my mind at ease and was able to enjoy my stay .
