The rooms are older and definitely need some paint/updates. The breakfast was pretty good. We had an issue with our room when we first arrived and they took care of us and were able to get us in a different, better room for the same price which we really appreciated as we had been on the road for two days and were exhausted. We would stay here again.

Great experience overall. Only issue in my room was the old AC/fan. It was very noisy. Front desk crew was wonderful. Also the breakfast team very friendly, excellent choices and I enjoy making friends w/the ladies in the kitchen

The overall experience was good. The bed was not as comfortable as I have experienced in other hotels. The breakfast was so so. Need better variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Also I loved the view outside my window.

The place needs to be Updated. I'm unsure if this is the right word for the bathroom and cleaned, where most do not see it. It can be done slowly and easily.

I do have pictures.

-Cocking around the shower had mold and was peeling

off there was dirt on the cocking in the back of the toilet

-The bathtub was peeling, and the drain stopper was off

-between the nightstand and the bed there was white powder and dirt on the plugs and plug holder.

We will be staying each month for the next few years. Holiday Inn has a great reputation, and these little things are easy to fix.

This place was very clean, well put together and I did not feel grossed out being at a hotel. I will be definitely returning. I really appreciate the extra accommodations like the shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers not just a generic soap.
Breakfast was pretty good and was being restocked as things were finishing.

The location was excellent by I-15, but quiet and clean. There was some maintenance issues. One lamp shade between the beds was missing and the USB ports on the wall over the table top between the beds were broken. Otherwise a great stay.

Again, another relaxing peaceful stay at Holiday Inn Lake Elsinore. Been coming here off and on for work over five months now and always a nice experience. Staff are great and always willing to assist. A real team effort. Thanks again!

Clean and modern facility. Excellent staff and the room was very nice. Would highly recommend staying here. We really appreciate Holiday Inn express. All the facilities we have stayed at are excellent. Highly recommended
