At first I was upset about $200 deposit required and $15 for parking but once I voiced my opinion about it the staff was able to reduce the deposit to $100. When we got in the room, everything changed about my attitude because the room was perfect! Wheelchair accessible with roll in shower and a huge bathroom. Breakfast (included) was perfect. We are visiting from out of town with a family member in the hospital here so it was the perfect choice hotel. Other family members stayed at other hotels with less and paid more, everyone agreed we got the best deal and the nicest hotel so thank you

I absolutely loved my stay here with my dad and sister ! The room was so spacious and clean and the entire hotel was modern and smelled really nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was incredibly nice as one day we went to Disneyland and it was nice to be able to have breakfast before then. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay just a bit off grid from Disneyland (about an 15-20mins drive) and looking for a quiet neighbourhood stay in.

Rooms were clean and staff were very professional and nice. Sydney was kind and William went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get an accessible room which is very important to us. There aren’t a tons of stores nearby however if you need any basic supplies ironically the party store right next to the hotel will have you covered. All in all pleasant stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is convenient when flying in and out of Long Beach Airport. I feel safe in the area as a solo traveler. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and updated. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. I will definitely continue to stay here when I come to the Long Beach area.

This property was chosen based on pay with points but also it's location and accessibility to friends and family.|I needed something within an hour of West Hollywood and nearby to meet a friend who lives in La Palma.|Well thought out design in and outside of rooms.|Clean and crisp appearance promotes an inviting and comfortable stay.|24 hour laundry room is perfect.|Parking of $15 is ok but would be nice if free for IHG reward members. The partnership with Dove offers a feeling of trust. The first hotel I've stayed at the someone was smart enough to consider a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom over a throwaway bar of soap.|Overall positive experience and plans for a repeat stay on future visits to the LA area.|The 4 star rating is only because I'm extremely critical. My stay was pleasant. A 5 star rating is given when I'm wowed beyond expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were nice and soft. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with the necessary toiletries. Staff was helpful and kind upon arrival and during my stay. The only downside was the breakfast, it was not appetizing and there wasn’t much variety for different dietary needs.

This place was was chosen for location and value. $15 parking fee is ok but would be nice if free for IHG reward members or at least 50% off.

The crisp and clean appearance provides an inviting visit.

If all IHG designs were redone like this one, all my future stays at IHG would be a top priority.

The auto shutoff in the bathroom is smart. The first ever hotel bathroom with a soap dispenser is a winner! Beats wasting soap on a small bar in a wasted plastic wrap.

The partnership with Dove is an opportunity for cross promotion for IHG reward members for more points and discounts. Hopefully, corporate can consider this as well.

The accent light for the room above the armoire is perfect. Even the desk lamp was perfect.

The shades to block out light or privacy is well thought out in it's design.

I've been to a few other IHGs designed like this and hope corporate takes time to look at this one for duplication.

The accent light above the armoire and shelf next to the full length mirror across the bathroom has been experienced at other IHG and is a personal favorite. The same with the built in luggage rack and drawers is well designed.

The 24 hour laundry was ideal for my needs. I did have to go to the store to buy soap and dryer sheets. My future travel will have plans to pack laundry sheets that are easy to pack and provide value to the environment and my clothes.

I didn't take full advantage of the breakfast but future visits will likely utilize it as the freshness and options are good. Would like to see POG as a beverage option.

Overall, this may likely be a go-to for future visits as I am in the LA area at least 2-3x/yr and need a centralized,safe and comfortable stay.

As a military Leisure Travel professional, this is one place I have already recommended to full service Leisure travel offices to consider to book for our patrons.

It is in hopes IHG corporate will come through for us on a patron we had booked at another location.

Despite the results, this location is favored.

About an hour from Hollywood and not too far from Disney. Easy access from the freeway with shopping and restaurants nearby makes it ideal for travelers.

This spot seems newer as there are mag safe chargers in the lobby. The rooms are very clean with no odor. Breakfast is always well stocked with rotating protein options. There are no hardboiled eggs at this location, but they always have some type of omelette. Service staff are prompt and friendly. The only downside I can think of is that the hot water in the shower doesn’t get super hot. Other than that, I think this is the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at so far.
