Stayed at this Holiday Inn on the way back from vacation. Very nice hotel and modern. Room was very clean and spacious. Wanted to get on the road early so came down about 6:30 for breakfast. It was busy! The line went quick and the food was great. Full hot breakfast that you would pay $15+ anywhere. And that's when I noticed the breakfast area worker Susan. She was making it happen. Replenishing food, cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and even asking us how was breakfast. She was working hard and smiling! Sam was in the back cooking it up as well!

Hotel has been beautifully remodeled and decorated for fall. Everything was clean inside and out. All staff were very friendly and nice. Especially, the breakfast ladies Sue & Samantha. Sue kept everything full, hot, stocked and clean. While Samantha kept the delicious food and hot biscuits coming. Both ladies made sure that everyone had what they needed or wanted. They are definitely an asset to this hotel. The stay is one of the BEST we have had this year. We will DEFINITELY stay here again next time. I hope to see Sue & Samantha again during that stay.

Was traveling home from the beach and needed a single night stay. The staff are too notch and truly embody southern hospitality. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had! The variety of options was truly amazing. They had strawberry topping for the pancake machine! Bed was comfortable and room was clean with a nice smell.

The friendly staff are awesome here. Barb and Susan, the kitchen staff keep a clean and well-stocked breakfast bar. I could have pushed on to the next city last night, but stopped at the Ullman Holiday Inn Express because the staff there is always so welcoming and attentive. And furthermore, the rates here are affordable!

Service and rooms were fantastic! Very friendly staff. Great location. Beautiful little town. Giving 4 stars only because the gym had very light weights, and was in a very small space, but if you're in to cardio, they had 3 different pieces of cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, and elliptical), so you'll be fine. Most people understand that hotel gyms aren't usually that great, so don't let that keep you from booking here. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed on the way back from vacation. Great modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Got up early for breakfast and it was busy. Line went fast and it was a full hot breakfast, not just fruit and coffee. The story here is Susan, the breakfast area worker. She was making it happen! Replenishing food, cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and asking everyone how was your breakfast. All with a smile! She cared about what she was doing and was happy doing it. Please thank her extra. And high fives to Dam in the back cooking it up!

Great choice of pillows ...the hostes at breakfast was great...nice hustler on work..very friendly and clean...rooms were very nice and clean...the front desk staff is engaging and caring. Loved the egg white omelets. The eating area is bright and clean

Excellent service and positive energy!
Beds were comfortable. This may be the first time I slept two nights in a row with no issues.
