We had not been to the property in just over a year, so it was great to see how wonderful the remodel is.

Marina, at the front desk, was just delightful, seeing that we received a discount due to the nature of our stay (something no one has done in the past). She even remembered me, by name, when I was in the lobby several hours later. The front desk folks, both days, were just wonderful.

The newly renovated rooms are fantastic! They have a Scan Design/hygge feel about them.

What we were disappointed in was a woman that came outside while I was walking my little dog on the sidewalk to the north. She started yelling at me to clean up after my dog; my response was to hold up my blue bag. She then yelled at me to "use it", to which I responded my dog had not done anything yet! From what I could gather, I believe this was Sara from Sales? Black and beige jacket (buffalo squares) and frizzy red hair. This was unprovoked and uncalled for; so unprofessional.

Upon check in staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Cleaning staff checked daily if you needed service or anything restocked in your room. Breakfast has many options and was good. The pool is very humid in the room but the kids didn’t mind. Extending my stay was easy and check out was even easier.

The location of this hotel is very central to whatever one may have planned in the area and the pricing is reasonable for the location. When I plan my trips to visit friends and family in Centralia, Chehalis, or Napavine, I do not even look at other hotels in the area because of how great this place is. In the past, I have changed travel plans based on this hotel's room availability because it is that good. The staff are always friendly and the place is very clean and quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub also add to the superiority of this hotel. The breakfast offers plenty of options and is always well stocked. One of these times I will make it back to the hotel in the evening in time to get one of their chocolate chip cookies that I smell baking as I set out on my days journey. It goes without saying that I will be staying here many more times to come.

The renovation is beautiful!! We walked in with the aroma of freshly baked cookies and a super clean/brand-new hotel! The staff was amiable and helpful with preparing the banquet room for our team dinner/ meeting. The elevators were quick and smooth. Our rooms were huge and beautiful. My husband and I slept like a baby. The beds are super comfortable!! Tranquil night. For breakfast in the morning, there was an overabundance of food. Checkout was smooth, and we agreed that this hotel was lovely and the beds were comfortable! I definitely would stay there if given the choice again.

I would recommend this location to anyone, very friendly staff day and night. The cleaning service throughout the entire establishment is a A+. I do a lot of my business work here at the hotel and they are always very nice and asking if I need an assistance with anything. Fresh coffee is always available.

Got stuck in a snowstorm with traffic at a standstill on our way down I5 to Oregon. After 5 hours of advancing only 3 miles we took the first exit we had come to and turned back north and found the Holiday Inn Express. 1 room for 4 women, including breakfast was just the thing. Efficient check in, room was clean, and comfortable, wifi was good. Front desk
recommeded a nearby restaurant firca very nice meal, pool and hot tub were also clean, well kept and enjoyable. Breakfast was good, good choices and ample food.
There was a little noise from passing trains, but it was not enough to wake anyone in the night.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and bedding were so comfortable I didn’t even miss my own bed. I appreciate they gave their housekeeping staff most of Thanksgiving day off.

Been here multiple times but construction is never ending. People here are always.nice. They allow my dogs and the rooms are always.clean and freshly stocked. Better dog runs would be nice, and maybe longer hours on breakfast
