My husband & I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn Express. All of the staff that we interacted with were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The front desk staff was very accomodating, helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and we had a good nights sleep. we arrived downstairs for breakfast the next morning, at the end of the breakfast hours, but our hostess Emily was so accomodating. She welcomed us and encouraged us to get breakfast. We didn't feel rushed and she wasn't inconvenienced. She is a sweet young woman and we enjoyed our chat with her as she cleaned up the breakfast area. We would definintely stay there again when we are in the area.

I have the best experience at this hotel. Excellent customer service, very clean rooms and lobby was immaculate! I was here the end of January 2025. I felt like the staff was like family. I was traveling in to Charleston for a funeral with my parents. While there both of my parents came down some type of cold or respiratory bug. The staff was so caring and accommodating asking if they needed to run water or juice to their room every time they saw me in the lobby. I can’t even begin to tell of the hospitality they showed here at this location. Excellent excellent excellent!!

Check in was a warm and welcoming experience. However our room was not cleaned before we were placed in it. There was someone's medication laying on floor, icebucket hadn't been emptied and cleaned, used towel hanging on shower, previous guests swimsuit hanging over door, and there was blood smeared on bedding and several pillow cases. To top it off the room phone did not work so we had to carry everything down to front desk. We were told that there were no other rooms available but they would change sheets. This was less than comforting since we were to be there two days for business.

Entire room and hotel clean, breakfast was delicious and hotel staff were incredible, they always go above and beyond on each of my stays. The entire room and hotel were thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. They consistently exceed expectations during my stays.

Room was spacious but the barely warm shower was not appreciated. I had plenty of room to move around and relax. Lots of options to charge devices and do some work while also watching some television. Shower controls were backwards and temperature never got hotter than slightly above body temperature. I showered early, so I don't believe that it was a matter of running out of hot water.

Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay overall. We had a few issues when we got there with reserving a room but we was able to still get a room for which I am grateful. Food not so great but it was brought to a managers attention. We had some good sleep with the comfy bed, pillows, and blankets.

This hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The elevator was in disrepair. The chairs at the tables in the breakfast area were as tall as the tables (no leg room underneath). You couldn't actually sit at them to eat. The handles on the guest room doors were near broken - they dangled, they were loose so that the door wiggled, and you had to use a certain technique to open them. The staff explained how to open the doors upon checking in, so it wasn't a huge deal, but they definitely are sub par and need replaced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is currently being remodeled but they tried our best to make our stay as comfortable and as welcoming as possible despite this! The rooms were also clean and well kept.
