They didn’t just provide excellent service they engaged in meaningful conversations, showed kindness, and created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Their dedication and hospitality did not go unnoticed, and I believe they deserve recognition for the exceptional work they do every day.

Apparently, this hotel is currently under renovation. A primary point for my selection was the availability of the pool for my children, yet the pool's unavailability was listed nowhere during the selection and checkout process. I would have gone elsewhere.

Another point of contention that I didn't remember from the last time I stayed here was that the blinds do little to keep light out in the morning, or from the building across the parking lot. Consumers want to be able to keep the light out, yet this is a consistently overlooked amenity.

Great place to get away for a day. We just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves for a night and headed home the next day. Room was clean and the jetted tub was very relaxing. My only complaint was the heater was very noisy and the fan never went off. Otherwise I would recommend for the value!

The front desk guy was excellent. He was instantly helpful and you could tell he sincerely was happy to help. We got early check in and even some breakfast. The room was comfortable, the shower was amazing (hot water, lots of water pressure), conditioner wasn't great and the exercise room bike needed attention. The wifi was better than some hotels. Otherwise, just an absolutely great hotel stay.

The room was very clean, the whole hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. Also the service is wonderful they always have treated us with kindness and are recognized as members. The staff are very friendly with our kids and say hi. Good is always good and there is free water room temp or cold which is a huge plus as well. We love these hotels and is our go to for staying somewhere now.

Must have just had a remodel. Place is amazing. Rooms are big suites with couches. Big hot breakfast. Staff was super professional are friendly.

I was in Burlington for 1 night for a class. This hotel was well priced and in a good location. Everything was very clean. The only thing that wasn’t in the best shape was the hot tub. It was clean but needed to be remodeled. The chlorine smell was very overwhelming also. The free breakfast had a good variety of food. The highway noise was very loud also so bring earplugs.

The bed war very comfortable and warm. The pillows were just right - often in other hotels I find them to be too stiff. The bedding was better than at other Hotels I have stayed in. I usually need to request a second blanket, but the bedding at this hotel was warm. part of that is also that the thermostat was not defaulted at a freezing temperature like most hotels.
