I had the pleasure of staying at the brand-new Holiday Inn Express in Bullhead City during my September road trip in the U.S., and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is beautifully designed and feels fresh and modern, with all the amenities you could ask for.

A special shoutout to Marcy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Her warm welcome and helpful attitude truly made a difference. She was always ready to assist with a smile, and I am incredibly grateful for her hospitality.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We have stayed at this hotel several times since they first opened. Its a shame to see that it has really gone downhill. The front desk people are excellent. Very nice and helpful. We only had the continental breakfast once this visit because it wasn't as good as it usually is. The potatoes were overcooked. Food was not very hot. It just wasn't up to their prior standard.

Our room was not very clean which was really disappointing. There was a used coffee pod still in the coffee machine. Not sure how long it had been in there. There was hair in the shower drain and on the ledge of the shower. Overall it just wasn't that clean. The bed was so soft and the pillows like sleeping without one.

We have usually really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This was the one that convinced us to always book with Holiday Inn Express. Beware though that if you earn points to stay there, you have to use them quickly or they take them away. Doesn't give you an incentive to stay here when you can earn elsewhere and they don't disappear. We have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express 5 times and no points.

Overall, we normally have a good stay. This one was just disappointing by the cleanliness, comfort of the beds and the breakfast.

I am so impressed by Holiday Inn Bullhead City. I was not expecting such a high level of service, friendliness and cleanliness. I do not usually stay at Holiday Inns but I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again in the future. The breakfast and breakfast staff are 10/10 stars, there's great food selection and everything was tasty. The people that work here go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious and very well thought out. We had a very quiet stay and a great nights' sleep.

The rooms were clean, the pool is great for kids, and the service was exceptional! They had board games in the lobby that we used when local family came to see us at the hotel. The suite was great for our family of 5. The breakfast buffet was great and they made sure to check in with us that we were done before they closed. It was close to the black bear diner, which is a great family dining spot. We would definitely stay here again

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. My kids loved the vanity mirror and the pool. The breakfast was good except the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were good gravy tasted fishy. But everything else was amazing.

Stayed one night over Thanksgiving holiday. The first room was dirty with hair in the bed and the shower. We got a room change. The new room was clean, but the soap dispensers were out of soap. The floors and the elevator floors were filthy too, maybe because it was the holiday, but it really just looked like it had not been mopped in quite some time. The rest of the stay was comfortable. The morning staff in the dining area were very pleasant and kind.

I stayed 8 nights in the hotel and have to say it was probably one of my most pleasant stays. The hotel, along with my room was very clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve sleep in being away from home. They actually had full size pillows which is very nice. The staff accommodated my needs and my request for a later checkout. Restaurants are very close by and Starbucks is within walking distance.

We stayed a week and found the beds very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. Marci at the front desk was wonderful, and all the staff was courteous and asked if we needed anything. It was very quiet even with a full parking lot. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town. My husband loved the lemon water that was available in the lobby.
