The staff is friendly. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good. Love the cinnamon rolls. My only complaint is the length of time the hotel takes to reimburse the $100 deposit. It takes 10 working days! Why? That’s really not acceptable vi have never experienced that before.

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. The noise level at 0. Slept very well.
The room was clean, had very few minor fixtures needed. The TV was lopsided. No water bottles . Was unable to make my coffee in the room. The towels smelled intensely horrible. All of them.

The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was very convenient for our trip schedule. Breakfast had variety and the staff was prompt to refill food items. The pool was not renovated like the inside but the spa and pool were still very nice.

We stopped here on our way home, a 10-hr drive. Easy on/off freeway. I booked online with app, price was great, and front desk gal was pleasant. Breakfast bar had usual choices, and cinnamon rolls are yummy! Bed was comfy--would recommend!

Every winter I need to take care of some business in the Palm Springs area. Some years back I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Beaumont and found it to be the best option for me. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is typically quite peaceful and the breakfast more than suits me. While this hotel requires me to drive an extra 15 minutes or so to where my daily activities take place, it's worth it and the price is right.

Clean, modern hotel off the freeway and friendly staff. No restaurant within walking distance but there are some decent options 10-15 min drive away. The biggest negative is how thin the walls are. When it's a low season and there aren't many guests checking in, please consider assigning guests to rooms not adjacent to each other. It's scarring to overhear certain things early in the morning when you're trying to sleep and it's too late to ask for a room change because check out is a few hours away. I know hotels can't control what guests do but they can help reduce the impact.

There is NO emergency lighting whatsoever at this hotel. Like zero! The Power Company shut off the power because the Santa Ana winds were blowing. I get that. After traveling almost 12 hours to get to this hotel, I checked-in anyways, Had a reservation, it was still light outside, figured I didn't have many options. About 6 hours later the power came back on. Only to go out again the next morning at 7:00 while I was in the shower! Lucky I was traveling alone and kept the "dark privacy" blind up and the bathroom door open, after a minutes and in a panic, my eyes adjusted enough to finish my shower. This time it stayed off until the next morning at 4:00am. So yea, no hot water, no heat, no air conditioning. Nothing like camping out in a hotel room that I am paying top dollar for!!! There was no reimbursement offered nor any discount. Now I understand the power outage wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was definitely their responsibility to their guests! I live in the northeast, I have never seen a building of any kind with zero emergency lighting. I was offered a flashlight to navigate to my room. The hallways, the whole hotel, was totally in darkness, not one light anywhere! Unacceptable.

Very clean and accommodating staff!

Beautiful view of the mountains. Nice Restaurants near by; one at the golf course next door and a few across the street from the hotel. Had a Tesla charging station next door with a large gas station if needed.
