Everything was very nice here the floors in the lobby were a little bit dirty looks like somebody got shaky hands with a cup of coffee. Who was a nice quiet area. I did sleep very well. The breakfast items in the morning where the exact same you will get at every other Holiday inn Express. It was a worthwhile stay.

I was in town for one night I booked online. Staff were ready for my
Arrival with smiles. Very helpful and quick. I ordered a late night meal. The front desk staff answered my
Texts quickly and texted me right when it arrived. I had no question the room was clean it looked great. Recommend staying!

Great stay! The gym and pool were excellent. The room was clean, updated and spacious. Great breakfast.

My only qualm, not with the hotel itself, but the location of where the train tracks are. You can hear squealing off and on just in case you are sensitive to noise. But great stay and will likely come again if I visit auburn in the future.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Auburn Downtown from March 12, 2025. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was convenient, and the overall experience met all my expectations. No complaints at all. A solid 10 out of 10.

The room was very comfortable except for the height of the bed. Although near the train tracks, we did not find it too noise. They accommodated my location request and brought a shower chair as soon as I called for one. All staff we interacted with were friendly but there was language barrier with one of the room attendants. Enjoyed the Happy Hour.

Right off the highway. Nicely laid out. Rooms are nicely decorated. Beds and pillows are nothing to brag about, but clean and not uncomfortable. The heater/ac was loud. Water pressure is sorely lacking, but it got warm enough. Kudos for not having fancy soaps full of allergens. The room was well insulated. No hallway/next room noise, that was nice. Typical buffet breakfast, but plenty of it, and they didn't run out of plates or cutlery. Staff was great, very friendly.

A great hotel, through and through. Newly constructed facility, as of this writing in January 2025, which is a big plus. I am sure its a couple of years old but cant have been built more than 5 years ago. It can be hit and miss in quality staying in hotels older than 20 years old.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast is good, and location is central to downtown Auburn and the mall. I have no complaints, only kudos.

This hotel is a great value and is clean and well updated. The breakfast is included and is pretty limited, but a very nice convenience. The rooms in the front of the building are right near a railroad switch, and 3 sets of busy tracks, which can get really loud at times. The rooms have blackout shades that really work to make it perfectly dark. The rooms are spacious and nice.
