The room was big, and clean. Most of the staff was very friendly and welcoming.The breakfast was the same exact breakfast every single day. I only stay where they serve breakfast, I do work on the road. I ended up ordering food most days I was here. As a diamond member we asked if we would get late check out and we were told we could not. She made it clear that was not allowed. Most hotels are very accommodating in that sense knowing check in at our next location was not until 3 pm and check out here was noon. The hotel was not willing to accommodate the diamond member statues. very unhappy with this location most likely won't be coming back along with 4 other team members. I read the other reviews and think that maybe corporate or staff may b submitting false reviews. The gym has 3 pieces of equipment in it. Was not enough room to work out in. The gym had a very bad smell in it. The pool and hot tub were never the same temperature. The hot tub was extremely hot the first day and the third day it was colder then the pool.Not a very honest place.

Pretty decent hotel. Suite was great, provided enough room for our 3 person stay. The breakfast was yummy and fresh everyday and hotel staff were friendly and had amazing customer service. The hotel could use a little sprucing up, particularly the hallway rugs and the fitness room could certainly use more up to date machines and a weight rack. Lastly, it was a true bummer to learn the pool was still out of order. Overall, it was a good stay and there was plenty to see and do in the area with malls and eateries.

Stopped by for the first time Thursday (8/29/24) morning (10 am) for a bathroom break, parked, ran inside, I know if the bathroom was smelling good super and super clean as it was, I can only imagine the rooms, and service they offer!!!
The lobby walk in was clean, smelling fresh, and like fresh brewed coffee ☕ pastries and ? bacon!!!
I'd probably get an opportunity to stay a couple nights in the near future!!!
I'll definitely let you know when I do!! ?

We booked the last room in the region due to beauty pageants and business conferences in town. We needed a handicapped room but the only room left in any hotel within a 5 mile radius was this double queen regular room. We made it work. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean. But the most amazing part of this hotel is Brandon the maintenance guy! My husband is paralyzed and we just bought a vehicle necessary for moving. It’s what we need at the moment but it’s very difficult to get my husband in and out of it. Brandon was walking by and my husband asked if he could help me get him in our vehicle. Brandon not only got my husband up on the divider out front in his wheelchair, he helped me stand my husband up and turn him around and into the vehicle. Then Brandon offered to take the wheelchair back inside for us and told us to ask the front desk to call him when we got back so he could help get my husband out! I hope someone in management reads this and sees what a jewel they have in Brandon. Whatever he is being paid, it isn’t enough! You can’t “train” people to be this kind and helpful. It’s just who Brandon is and he makes Holiday Inn Express in Oxford look GREAT!

Not a quiet place for rest. We had 2 rooms...neither were quiet. Slamming doors constantly. You can hear full conversations of neighbors rooms. A/c doesnt stay on at night so woke up hot. Had to unplug the mini fridge for the awful sounds it made. Breakfast was ok...pancake machine broken, juice came out as water.

Thank you, Ms. Jan. She is by far the best hotel staff I have encountered during our travel. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure my family was taken care of during our stay.
Get the pool fix, and it will be 10 stars.

A great half way stop between our houses in Florida and Arkansas.
Love the 5.30am breakfast start!
