Her name is escaping me now but she checked me in Saturday 2/15/25 around 430pm. Courteous, kind, professional and attentive. She also check me in last December. New coffee machine was great! Breakfast was yummy. Room was clean and comfy. I’ll be back.

I love how clean this hotel is. Bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast was great with variety of options for both adults and kids. And the price was reasonable. It was overall a great experience. Can’t recommend IHG hotels enough to family and friends.

My husband and I spent one night at this Holiday Inn express on our trip from San Diego. we had stayed at holiday express hotels all the way from Washington State to San Diego with our IHG membership but at this one, we left one piece of wrapped up candy on the desk for less than an hour and came back upstair and had sugar ants everywhere. All of the staff would do is give us a can of raid. Tell us that it was our fault the next day we tried to get compensated when we checked out because we couldn’t have food in the room and they denied us because we paid cash! We were told that it’s that time of year and that we should’ve known better than to leave candy on the table and I’ll deal with it. This is unheard of in customer service and very poor management. That is who we were speaking with her name was Ariel Juarez We are IHG members and do you plan to speak with our membership rewards program about this but she was very rude and very unprofessional for customer service. I would not recommend staying there.

I was able to do an early check in at no additional cost. The front desk employee was professional and very caring. I had breakfast and it was very good and plenty of variety to choose. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will return to this property again in the future.

This hotel has super comfortable beds and great pillows. The staff was friendly and it’s very clean. Bad part is it backs up to the freeway and you can hear the traffic all day/night. Blackout curtains worked great and if we had the air conditioner or heater on that may have drowned out the sound. Breakfast was disappointing. The pancake maker was out of service, and what they call cheese omelets looked awful. Perhaps some variety from day to day would be nice. All around, this hotel was very nice and in a good location. I would stay here again in hopes breakfast will be better.

The beds at this hotel are so high that when I was standing it was almost at my waist!!! I recently had knee surgery and was very dissatisfied with the bed. When I was told the this is the STANDARD throughout THE COMPANY, I was shocked because I have stayed with my family at other hotels from this company and has always been a very pleasant stay, but this time around it was the most horrible experience I have ever had had in the room with those hight beds. I am not sure how people shorter than me do it, or even children.

The staff was very personable. Room were clean and neat. I would stay again in the future. In fact I have booked two more future stays later this year. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still close enough if you like the city hustle this is the place to stay.

This hotel is amazing. The staff working the desk were cordial as was the rest of the staff. The hotel was super clean and the whole family really enjoyed their stay. The breakfast was good and it had a nice pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend this hotel and have already. Thank you!
