We began our stay on April 4th! We were staying in Spokane for my youngest daughters dance competition but it was also my oldest daughters 25th birthday! So I put together a very small birthday party for her in the lobby complete with a Target theme. The staff was wonderful and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even brought over a small gift for my daughter. As we were cleaning up they offered to store our left over cake until we departed. They were wonderful! The hotel was packed with high school students that kept them on their toes for sure, but they never lost their smiles or amazing attitudes. I watched them make sure every single guest had whatever they needed from napkins or moving trashcans so that the high school kids could easily clean up after themselves. Seriously, they were the best! Thanks Ladies!

We stayed for two nights this weekend. The hotel driveway is "Am I in a movie?" charming. It feels like visiting a down-to-earth rich friend who by-the-way has a chateau downtown. The complementary breakfast was kept stocked for the entire time it was open by the accommodating attendants. The coffee robots are available 24/7. There are fresh baked cookies in the evening. It didn't smell like anything but clean. Everything was clean. I didn't see anything that had been neglected. Aside from a problem with the elevator, everything worked just fine. The products were all Dove brand. We were in the Gonzaga Suite. It is directly in line with the Holiday Inn sign but the black-out curtains did the job and I forgot it was there when they were closed. There was some street traffic noise but it was not late and not bad for a Saturday. This suite has two TVs you can position to watch from bed and a little nook with two walls of windows. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave and a bar sink. The staff were fantastic. They made it feel like a five star experience.

We stayed at this hotel after attending a jiu-jitsu competition at the convention center, which was less than half a mile away. We walked there and used scooters to come back in the evening. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful. Even when we came back to let them know we were heading out again, they were kind enough to guide us on where to go next. Later in the evening, the front desk staff took care of us, and they were both super friendly. They even gave us a coupon for a free appetizer, which was a lovely surprise. Excellent customer service all around!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, from the front desk team to breakfast with Olga. The property was so clean and fresh-looking. The room was very clean and quiet, the lighting was perfect, and the bed was incredible to sleep in! Breakfast was a real treat! We have been blessed to be able to travel all over the nation, so we know a thing or two about staying in hotels, and we want to return for a repeat to experience how a hotel should be! We were so pleased to stay here.

I thought this hotel was swell. This was my 2nd time staying at this location and for good reason. The staff are courteous and hospitable. I would gladly return for a 3rd and 4th visit whether for business, pleasure or a combination of both. The rooms and grounds are impeccable. As a government employee who has been able to travel to varying establishments, I will remember this Holiday Inn with high regard.

I would totally recommend this holiday inn to everyone . The staff was welcoming which I hadn’t experienced that at a holiday inn express in awhile. The room was clean and stocked with everything you need. Breakfast was not great but better than the last 3 hotels I stayed in while being on road for 6 weeks.

The room is where I would start. Very clean and super quiet for a ground floor and dedicated parking for my room that is directly in front of the door…loved that! The staff (all of them) super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area…have questions, just ask, they probably know. The “happy hour(s)” was a super cool surprise! Chicken tacos were fantastic!

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was swift and seamless, which was much appreciated after a long journey.
