The room was very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels. The king-size bed was very comfortable too. The available items to make either coffee or tea in the room, is appreciated. The selection in the breakfast menu was excellent! You could choose omelets, bacon, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, warm cinnamon rolls, packaged muffins, cookies and even a "grab-and-Go" bag in case you couldn't stay to eat in the dining area.

All the Staff Members are very friendly. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!

Took a chance and stayed here, but will be stopping here again and again! Great hotel. Friendly staff (unlike the staff at a nearby hotel), best bed I’ve slept in for at least the last 2 years (I want that mattress for my own!), and the breakfast was great - fresh fruit, warm cinnamon rolls, and sausage links.

Very nice hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and engaging. The beds were good, room was spotless and it was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of choices- hot dishes (scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, etc.), not just some cold muffins and juice. Very well done. Finally, price was right.

The font desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the attendant kept the entire area very clean and items stocked. The cinnamon rolls were the best! I'd would stay at this Holiday Inn express again when in the area!

With the afternoons cooling down very nice. It was great to sit out at the tables by the pool. This area was kept very clean and has plenty of tables to accommodate several groups.

I had a wonderful stay in sierra vista. The room was always clean when returning from my work meeting. Coffee bar was always clean and stocked, hallways always remained clear and clean, and I was given a room on last minutes notice with an extra fridge upon request. Great customer service.

Stevie and Bernadette were awesome, but the other nameless faces paid little attention to the milieu. Ask yourself why I didn't know their names. These other staff members were on their cells more than anything else and they catered to the military. The unit monopolized the common areas and were loud and rude. I've already spoken to your corporate office, and an investigation is pending. There's also a police report as I insisted on local police involvement. You informed the police to deal with me. Never again. Never again.

Between the bunk beds, kids table, huge room and spacious living area, you couldn't ask for a better set up. Add in everything being spotless, a large bathroom with well stocked towels, and a beautiful view of the mountains, 10/10. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, everything was great. Will be recommending to everyone with kids who is PCSing to huachuca.

Clean and comfortable room. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon on Fridays, tasty potatoes and great tasting cinnamon roles! The ladies taking care of the breakfast area, kept it clean and well stocked.
