Our check-in went well and we were allowed to check-in almost two hours early, which was a great help. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room 220 was clean and comfortable and except that it had only one chair that was too low to be used at the table. Two standard height chairs would have been nice to have in the room. Just sitting on our bed (across the room) we could easily hear the our next door neighbor's (218) conversation. I guess having a connecting door was not much of a sound barrier. Also, using the hair blow dryer in the bathroom must have tripped a circuit because the blow dryer stopped working and the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on. Outdoor hot tub was steamy and jets were bubbling behind a chain draped over the gate reading that the pool was closed for the season.

Went without hot water for multiple days. Had a leak from the room next to me going into my room by the door. My bathroom sink was cracked and also leaked water. The washer and dryer were inoperable. And to top it off, after checking out there was a broken crack pipe in the parking lot. I was told that I would get compensated 10,000 points for the wall leak but those points never came through. And honestly with everything I listed 10,000 points is a weak compensation. It was a 5 night stay. Will never pick this location ever again. On a positive note. The staff was very nice.

I have stayed here many times. The property is kept clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with good free wifi and large TV. Location is superior. Close to freeway access but away from its noise. Restaurants within walking distance. I always recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past year, and while we have had a minor issue or two, we were disappointed this time. We stayed in a king suite and while it was roomy, the heater in the living room did not work. I reported it to the desk and they told me the facilities folks were not working that day. Ouch. The next morning, we found that the AC power outlets in the bathroom were not working. Hair dryer and curling iron had to be taken to another room to use. I did try resetting the GFI outlet but was unsuccessful. The couch in the living room was like something you might find on the side of the road. The cushions were so worn out that you pretty much bottomed out when you sat in it. I couldn't sit on it very long. There was an extra blanket in the closet so we pulled that out since the living room was quite chilly without the heater working. Surprisingly, it had a hole in it the size of a cantaloupe! Wow. The bathroom towels were a little crunchy versus soft, but that seems to be a theme in this class of hotel. I wish they had soft towels. This last thing was particularly surprising. We noticed in the bedroom that the dresser with the TV on it had not been fully dusted in quite some time! It appeared the maids were only dusting in front of the TV. Beside and behind the TV (on top, mind you!) had a quarter of an inch of dust! If we stay here again next trip to Lancaster, I hope we have a better experience. It's usually better than this.

Arrived about 6pm. Tiffany was at the check in, and Keyon showed us where to go. The hotel was perfectly cleaned and both employees were friendly and courteous. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness.

Excellent location near freeway access point. Comfortable breakfast meal area, good selection of meal items. Clean room, relatively quiet air conditioning system. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again when travelling through Lancaster, CA.

This hotel is in a unique location. Close to freeway, restaurants, and a car wash. When you are located on the outside of the city, you have access to more detailed business and casual travel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was well cared for. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the full breakfast in the dining area in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.
