You have to know your information though, otherwise, it will take you some time. Other than that, they handled everything for me. After submitting my application with Holiday China, I literally just waiting until they call me to pick it up! Super recommended!

Update: I got my Visa! I can't remember exactly how long, but it took maybe 2 weeks to get a phone call that it was ready. Very happy with the experience!
