Called in and Shota Sakamoto answers phone was asking price of ticket from lax to Tokyo for November 2019 and he hung up phone. I called back and asked for his boss he said call back Monday. Guess he didn’t want to speak English , but I can speak Japanese.

A old guy who picked up my phone was so rude. He didn't try to listen to and understand what I wanted to talk about at all and he seemed to just try to hang up the phone as soon as possible. I'm not going to call this place again. Never. It was just so uncomfortable.

帰国時PCR検査で利用しました。QRコードの読み込み、必要情報の入力後メール送信し、primary.healthのメール受信後に検査です。入力に手間取りましたが、スタッフの方が親切に教えてくれました。私たち家族は鼻腔の方を選びました。奥まで入れるのに不安でしたが、大丈夫です。検査は本人確認、やり方の説明、左右鼻に綿棒を入れ10回づつ回し、検体の保存をして終了です。6時間後位にメールで結果がきました。日本語版を開いてスクショし、マイSOSに添付して完了です。念のため紙も印刷した方がいいと言われていたのでFedExで出来るとの事でしたが、翌日印刷して頂きました。

悪天候で飛行機が欠航になり、振替られた便が3日後だったので大変困って、こちらに電話したところアドリアンさんがとても親身に相談に乗ってくれました。
何度も電話をくれて、航空会社では断られたのに、違う会社の早い便に振り替えてくれました。
HISにして良かったです。

日本に帰国するために予約して行きました。
電話では少し冷たい対応に感じましたが、実際行ってみると優しく説明して下さり検査もすぐに終わりました。
検査結果も数時間で届いていました！
(予約時に届くアドレスではなかったからか、迷惑メールフォルダに入っていたので結果待ちの方はそちらも確認することをオススメします)
