Honestly, 2 star hotel at best. I've stayed in the area many times at various Hilton properties. I'd rank this hotel far below even the Portland downtown Hampton Inn. Yes, FAR below a Hampton Inn.

Dated rooms that are small and incredibly boring.

They are absolutely not equipped to handle a 'full house'. Good luck getting a luggage cart.

Don't bother with valet. You could walk to your car and back several times before they could even get your car to you.

Won't be staying at this property again. Feels like a huge waste of money compared to much nicer Hilton properties nearby at a significantly lower cost. The location isn't great enough to justify the cost of this place. Even the pool is terrible compared to most properties I've been too. I'm shocked Hilton even attaches their name to this place.

Annie at the front desk was super helpful during my morning check-in. It was my first visit to this Hilton. She helped me get a nice room and parking. Talked to me later in the day and again she was helpful - 5-star service. Room was clean and quiet. I will be returning!!!

We decided to stay here as we have in the future due to dinner at Gray’s restaurant. Just. NYE getaway; as always the staff are always pleasant and helpful, the property is located right across from Esther shore park. The rooms are nice but know there is no microwave in your room but usually on your floor or with the ice machine. I utilize the digital key but it does not work for parking. Our room did have a couple of small issues but other than that, it was ok.

There is no reward for loyalty at this property. This is my 4th year back at this property. I cannot understand why other Hilton properties upgrade me, sometimes in executive suites, without charging additional fees. That is one of the benefits of Diamond members, space available room upgrades. There were upgrades available when I checked in. There were two types of upgrades that were available. I do not feel valued as a loyal Hilton Honors member at this property. I wanted the upgrade because those were the rooms with the sofas. My room was a king with park view with a filthy chair. Apparently the sofas were removed from these rooms. My total number of nights in Hilton properties for 2024 was 268. I would think that would earn me the right for an upgrade. This is my last stay at this property. There is a Hampton Inn not too far that I know has sofas in the room.

Love the warm welcome to The Aria apartments in downtown Vancouver WAshington Waterfront. The location is central to businesses, banks, restaurants, park, waterfront and more. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt to respond to any situation. Best move-in experience ever!

This hotel is a great location. There are a bunch of food options close by and you can walk to the water front.

Clean pool and hot tub, clean bed, one the cleanest bathrooms that I have come across, friendly staff, good dining options. Great view of the bell tower from the room, so close to parks, cinema etc.

We were past the cancelation window for an expensive trip. We had an uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstance arise. They were flexible and the resolution was better than I had hoped for.
