I stay at hotels about 290 out of the year. With that being said I spend a lot of time in hotels and nothing stands out more than being greeted with a smile and a caring spirit especially after working all day. While I love the location, clean rooms etc. What made me take the time to write this review is the exceptional customer service from Farisha at the front desk. I’ve only been here a few days but she continues to greet customers including myself with care and concern followed by a welcoming smile. She should really be recognized for going above and beyond. I was booked for a week and after the great front desk service I extended my work stay here for another 10 days due to the exceptional service she displays…

Very beautiful hotel with amazing customer service. Angelica at the front desk was amazing! Angelica was super helpful and kind! If it wasn’t for Angelica, my trip would have been ruined. I am so thankful for her. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be if the pool wasn’t under remodel.

Just stayed one night for a theater event in Stockton Delta College. The room was clean and satisfactory. The room rates are reasonable. The breakfast buffet was all American comfort food. Our waitress Anjelica was attentive and amazing. We would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant decent. Atrium makes the 1st floor versatile and user-friendly. Clean, up to date, and pleasant overall. They even shipped an item that I left behind.

The beds here are so comfortable, guaranteed a good nights sleep. |Staff are friendly and accommodating. Plenty of free parking. |Special mention to the front of house staff an African American male (sorry didn’t get your name) Roslyn and Farisha for looking after us.

Rooms were nice and location is in a good area comparably to the rest of Stockton. The electrical setup isn't as modern as I thought I would be for the price of the rooms though. No C outlets and the outlets next to the bed didn't work at all. Shower has flow restricted so don't expect a quick shower though shower is really lovely with lots of hot water.
Service staff were very kind and all smiles. Rooms were cleaned well and beds were comfortable. They were very spacious also.

It was a nice stay! The Stockton Hilton has very clean rooms. The hotel itself is in a safe part of town. The location was also very close to my work so that was a plus. Actually very close to both work location. Sheri at the front desk was super friendly and accomadating!

Cecille was amazing. She was able to help get me checked in early after a long and delayed flight. The entire staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are beautiful and recently renovated. The location is close to a lot of amenities making it easy to find places to eat.
