I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Seattle as a top-notch accommodation option in the heart of the city. During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and prime location.

The staff at the Hilton Seattle were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also hard to beat, with stunning views of the waterfront and easy access to many of Seattle's top attractions.

I particularly appreciated the hotel's commitment to providing a clean and safe environment, which was evident in the thorough cleaning protocols and attention to detail.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Hilton Seattle to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay in Seattle. The hotel's excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

We ended up here during a layover back home. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 p.m. via hotel and airport shuttle. It took quite a while to get checked in due to the front desk staff being too chatty with the guests which I understand needs to happen, but I do believe there needs to be a little bit more expedited service when it's that late at night. The rooms themselves were clean, if a little outdated. The thing about the hotel is that it took forever to get to the rooms because the hotel layout is so odd. It took about a good 5 minutes to get to our door from the elevator. Good luck if you have any kind of mobility issue. The airport shuttle was excellent and fairly consistent which was great. The service for that was Top notch. Overall, if you're stuck somewhere, this isn't the worst place to be. But it's definitely not the best. I expect a little bit more out of a Hilton.

The Hilton Airport Conference is a great location! I love how attentive the front desk staff is as soon as I checked in. They changed my room when I faced troubles in my first room and were quick to spring into action.
Also, I love that the toiletries are vast! Sharing is caring. My room is comfortable and clean!

P.S. one possible suggestion! Could the shuttle drivers get a QR code to Venmo. I wanted to tip him because he does a wonderful job but I do t carry cash!

This review is for the amazing and friendly staff at this hotel! Zee at the front desk treated us with so much kindness and made us feel right at home! Not only did she reassure our safety, she also drew us a little map for how to get around. The positive energy from her aura was unmatched, and I can say with confidence that I've never been treated so well at a hotel! The hotel was very clean with spacious rooms and in a very convenient location. I highly recommend this Hilton!

Our stay was enhanced by the beautiful room with a pool view. A charming patio allowed us to enjoy our coffee and cocktails. The dinner was phenomenal and the guest services were fantastic. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and making our honeymoon experience unforgettable. The scrumptious charcuterie board paired with bubbly and the delicious dessert were a lovely touch. Great location and staff. This place is showing it's age.

The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even the guy that was banging on my door insisting that he had to change the filters in my room.

The hotel is located less than a block from the Skywalk into the Seatac airport, which is why I chose to stay here. I used to stay at the Crowne Plaza, which was two blocks in the other direction. I could not stay there because it is being renovated. Hilton should take a clue from them because the Crowne Plaza was in better shape than the Hilton is.

All the mechanicals are old and noisy. You could hear the plumbing when the surrounding rooms flushed the toilet it took a shower. The bathroom is cramped and needs updating.

My biggest issue was the massive amount of perfumed air freshener that was sprayed in my room. I woke up very congested with a tremendous sinus headache. I'm curious to know what smell they were trying to cover.

Sadly, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Choose another hotel for better quality for your money. Front desk was very helpful.
Clean. Dated and dark. Needs updating. Ugly carpeting. No microwave in the room. $20 day rental fee for a microwave!! Toilet takes forever to flush or doesn’t flush. Long walk from the parking garage. $35 a day for parking!! No help with bags or a cart. Hard to roll luggage over thick carpet down very very long hallways. The side/back door by the parking lot worked for 2 days and i couldn’t get in anymore. Definitely not Hilton quality!!

Update: I can get into the back door now. I called and thanked them because that was a huge inconvenience.

Classy Stay with Great Perks
Very classy experience from the moment you walk in and are greeted. The staff is professional and welcoming. If you’re an Amex Platinum cardholder, there’s a good chance you’ll get upgraded to a larger room, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a well-kept and upscale establishment—definitely worth the stay.
