From the moment I walked into the Hilton, I was lucky enough to be greeted by Eva, and let me tell you — she completely turned my day around. I had just landed in a new country, exhausted, a little overwhelmed, and not quite sure what to expect. Then comes Eva, with the warmest smile and the kindest, most welcoming attitude you could hope for.

She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable right away, like I wasn’t just a guest, but someone she truly wanted to help. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — she listens, she’s attentive, and her energy is just contagious.

Eva went out of her way to make sure I felt settled and informed, even while juggling a busy front desk. That level of service and kindness is rare these days, and it meant so much to me, especially as someone arriving in a completely new place.

Hilton, take note: Eva is a treasure. Her professionalism, warmth, and natural ability to connect with people set her apart. She’s the kind of person who makes guests want to come back — and I absolutely would, just because of her.

She took the time to explain everything, gave me great advice about the hotel’s services and the surrounding area, and truly made me feel welcome.

Great service! My husband left his phone and Alex from security went to the room and found it. He created a ticket to have it sent to our home. We got the phone back the next day. Grateful for people like Alex who are honest and helpful. You are a good person!
Rooms are nice, but the showers need an upgrade and vents cleaned.

Hotel was really nice! Enjoyed the views from the room and the hotel definitely wows you when you walk in! The food options at the hotel were plentiful and the staff were amazing. Leroy at The Bistro was so pleasant to be around and even remembered me throughout my stay. Cruz at The Landing went above and beyond servicing the Bar and always made sure everyone was good to go without making the atmosphere feel chaotic. Highly recommend!

Positive: I loved the cafe and location and pet relief area. The rooms are well insulated and it was very quite. I love the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Negative: I would have liked to have had bottle water in the room with a little fridge.

The LAX Hilton is my new favorite hotel!||In the elevator, guests rhapsodize about this hotel- how it excels in every area-I’ve never experienced anything like it. I had intended to stay one night and ended up staying a month! ||My room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. It provides a much needed sanctuary while working and traveling. |I would have to say that my favorite attribute of this hotel is the extraordinary level of service. ||Every one, including the Front Desk staff, the Little Bistro staff, the Housekeeping staff, the Parking staff (especially Hailu) and every single Security Guard is friendly, conscientious, helpful and happy.||Ian Lopilato, the Assistant Director of Front Office, exudes warmth and shows an unparalleled interest in the welfare of his guests, all the employees and the happiness of the hotel. Amazing.||Traveling alone, security is one of my major concerns. I have never felt so safe in my travels. The Security Guards are constantly scanning different areas and doing rounds in the hallways and common areas. I truly appreciate their vigilance and the fact that the Hilton LAX understands the importance of their guest’s peace of mind. This is the only hotel we stay when traveling in and out of LAX, and for other events in the LA area. Everyone is very nice, they acknowledge us as Hilton Honors members, the hotel and parking are very easy to get in and out of. The airport shuttles are amazing. We've had the breakfast buffet package one time, and it was everything you could want from a full breakfast. We always appreciate the VIP attentiveness that we receive from Monica asking if we have everything we need. She takes care of everything for us. This most recent stay we needed late check-out, I wanted extra blankets, they brought extra water. It’s like home away from home.
