Excellent accommodation, great location set in beautiful location.||24hr gym, good standard and comfortable. ||Staff very helpful and friendly. Particularly shout out to Joanne from the restaurant who made several recommendations to see and do locally, all of which were fab. The friendliness and attitude wanting to help guests enjoy their stay and make the most of the local food experiences is a true credit to the hotel. This made my stay all the more special .

Jose was awesome at the bar. The drinks were great and he was really on top of our order and fun to talk to. Very relaxing! we love this place. The views are so unbelievable and the golf is better than most. We ll be back. Thanks Jose for a fun day at the bar!

Pretty standard hotel bar. Wine was ok, normal spirits. However, it is the people here that made it a memorable experience. Specifically Christian and Katrina. It was busy every day I was there. But these two took the time to make true hospitality moments when it counted. You can’t teach that. You can only hope to instill that spirit and hope it shines through. These two are gems, ask for them by name and have a blast.

I came for a conference and as|someone who travels a lot, the service here sets it apart. For me, I am less impressed with an updated lobby and really value a hotel that provides personal service and cares about their guests ||I arrived late and was meeting some of my team. ||First, Christian at the downstairs bar went above and beyond to accommodate me, quick service and setting me up so I was able to make my meeting. ||Then Karen at the front desk, took the time to get me some extras for my room since it was late and everything was closed. ||It was so nice and makes such a difference in your experience. I will definitely be back and recommend if you want some old school service.

We had the best time on our mini staycation – it was exactly what we needed to unwind over the weekend. The pool area was a real treat, and we made the most of it despite the mixed weather! For all our dining needs, the restaurant and bar were our go-to spots. The bar team – Karina, Jose, and Natalia – provided exceptional service and made us feel so welcome, even remembering us throughout our stay. It’s those thoughtful touches that really make a difference!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a few drink vouchers for being Hilton honors members, which was great! We also got 15% off at the golf shop at Torrey Pines, which was also a great benefit. My brother had a broken foot, and staff was very quick to help get him to and from the golf course!

Book somewhere that values your time and money. Upon arriving it was raining and while we cannot control the weather I feel scammed to have to pay $47/night for self parking and be soaked by the time I reach the entry. The self parking lot was dank and scary and far from the entry. Once inside my room I wanted to shower and I noticed my towels appeared very dirty and there was hair in my shower (I've attached pictures). I had to order new towels and also had to have maintenance come and fix our TV and refrigerator. I even paid to upgrade my room only to be disappointed. I was contacted via text message (because I am an Honors member) by Several staff members (asking me to rate my stay) only to not receive any help or assistance in the long run. Totally disappointed. Save your money and use it elsewhere, this place is VERY outdated and nothing like the pictures that are advertised.

Alex was the best.||The food was awesome. I had the Crudo, and my kids had mac and cheese and the quesadillas ||He was the kindest sweetest and most caring server I’ve ever had. The environment was perfect with TV’s during March madness.||Make sure that he is taken care of.
