Very nice property, overall. It is a large complex of multiple buildings and there is some sharing of guest facilities amongst the other hotel buildings nearby. The pools in the Cove area are stellar. Along with multiple hot tubs, games centers, and fire pit area for the evenings.
For meals, you really should plan to bring some basic snacks or groceries. Else plan to go out of the area and into Carlsbad nearby for great food restaurants at much better pricing.

The room was nice but the one we had was missing a couple essential elements that really knocks my room rating to 3 stars (or less). 1) empty spaces where there should be a nice big comfy sitting chair for reading or resting. 2) another empty space where there should have been a desk and chair. The room was spacious and modern but without a good chair and desk it felt empty and nonfunctional other than just a place to sleep.

We visited from AZ. Very nice hotel next to Legoland. The service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, the flower field, and the outlets. The pool was heated, and they had entertainment. I will be coming back.

This is my first time visiting this resort with friends as their guest. I was expecting the extraordinary and was delightfully surprised to find it. Found the food and Service to be outstanding. The pool recreation areas were clean and well cap. I couldn’t ask for a better five days in Southern California.

Excellent timeshare resort. Easy drive to the Carlsbad beach and old town. Check out TripAdvisor for all the nearby activities. And there are many. The Cove pool area is beautiful and has a slide that is open for short periods during the day. There are several fire pits to keep you warm when it is cold. Also near the Carlsbad Flower Fields and a strawberry picking field.

Great in-resort activities - played ping pong, pool, foosball etc at Cove with kids! Kids enjoyed the water slides as well! (I received text from front desk so that I know the event ahead of time!)
Great location - Private path to Legoland, and very accessible to outlets!

We were in the Cove. Great location... Not quite as warm for our stay so a little cool for swimming. Our room needed so much love. Lots of things falling apart and the area rug was so incredibly filthy I didn't even want to step in it. It really turned me off from wanting to learn about a time share here. I definetly don't think it was worth the money we spent. But other than that I'm sure I'm the summer this place would be great!

My wife and I had an awesome experience on this trip! The MarBrisa was an amazing choice. The location was wonderful! The only location better would have been directly on the coast, but we were close enough to see the ocean from our 2nd floor room. I would have given the room a 5 but there were a few items in the room that should be replaced and repaired though they did not diminish our stay. Overall, we had an exceptional stay.

This resort is absolutely one of the bests. Rooms were great, staff was accommodating, honored our request for room location and proximity to other family staying there. Pool, bar, games slide and over grounds are just stunning. Enjoyed sitting by the fires and listening to the live music by the pools. Just an overall great stay.
