This hotel, while being on the older side was very comfortable. The desk clerk that took care of us was polite and allowed me to look at 2 different rooms. I do this so I don't need to change rooms later on. We did not participate in the hotel breakfast offering. The value did not fit the available food.

This hotel recently was repainted on the outside. It is showing its age inside, and the services are not as good as they used to be for breakfast. The location here is amazing and it's definitely worth staying at the hotel because of the surrounding area. This Hilton also has an event center in the back that would be good for wedding receptions and other events.

The rooms were clean, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious! The beds were very uncomfortable though, like sleeping on a cement slap. Pillows were also to soft, you put your head on them and they became non existent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself had sticky floor in the bathroom and dirty carpet that had not been vacuumed for a while. There was debris on the carpet in the hallway as well. The food in the restaurant was very good.

My sister brought me to the Hilton to recuperate after my broken nose surgery. She knew if I went home I would do house and animal chores. The hotel was spotless as was my room. The bed was quite comfortable, the shower water was hot, the entire staff was friendly and attentive, and there was a good selection of free movies to watch!

Should have checked to see that there is no complimentary breakfast. Had to wait 15 minutes just to check in while many staff just went in and out of the office by the front desk while the only front desk worker was on the phone the entire time. Door to room would not latch without slamming the door shut and shaking/waking the entire floor. Hot /cold in shower is backwards. Pool had little to no towels and the towels were essentially the size of hand towels. Whirlpool jets and timer weren’t working properly and maintenance staff came and emergency shutoff everything without a word while multiple people were in the hot tub. Bartender was beyond rude, especially that we chose to pay for our drinks at the bar instead of charging them to our room and took 15 minutes to make 2 drinks while also acting as if our identification was fake. Also don’t dare touching the bottled water in your room, even as an honor member, it’s $3+ a bottle unless you’re silver or diamond status. Disappointing experience for one night of trying to enjoy my birthday before I have a full head of grey hairs, instead I left with more than I came with. Only bonus is all the shops and things to do within walking distance.

Great hotel! I was very comfortable for my stay. The restaurant in the lobby has great food. The service throughout the hotel was amazing. Very professional from the staff to the waitresses at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean in a nice area. The room was not great. The beds were broken, the mattress is was one of the worst ever. The shower water pressure was a joke. The price of the room did not match the room at all. I emailed and never got a response.
