I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near Spokane Airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The lobby had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. I was especially impressed with the fitness center—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Good hotel super close to the airport. Came for a work trip with a few others and stayed here with them. The hotel is a 5-10min ride to the airport and has a shuttle that will take you there and pick you up. There is a nice restaurant and a good coffee shop right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to not feel cramped. The staff was friendly and professional. Happy with our stay overall!

We only spent one night, room was very nice, exceptionally clean and looked pretty well kept up. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. Nice tv.
We ate dinner in the bar area and the food was excellent. The lady running the bar and serving tables did an outstanding job, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, better than I see in most hotels these days.
This will be our go to hotel when staying in spokane from now on.

After driving two days to deliver my son's car, who is serving at the nearby AFB, and as a Diamond member, I was told that the hotel didn't have any available rooms. I went to the restaurant next door and opened the Hilton App to find another hotel. The app said that there were rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn (the hotel I was just in!) and I booked my room on the phone. After dinner went back to the Hilton Garden Inn and tried to go to my room only to be stopped by the same desk clerk questioning what I was doing there. I showed my digital key (on the phone) and continued to my room (BTW clean but below average). I should have confronted the lying desk clerk and got my 2 bottles of free water (for being a Diamond member) , but was too tired and pissed. Anyway, hotel is average, a bit overpriced, staff is judgmental (granted I looked kind of sketchy after spending 2 days in a car) But to deny a room from my appearance is very disappointing. Especially since the amount of commitment I give to Hilton to maintain Diamond membership. And now knowing that Diamond membership is only worth 2 bottles of water.

Strong 4 Stars. Hotel is nice enough.

Room was clean, food is great! Breakfast is $16, but I would say it is 100% worth it.

Things needed to bring it to 5 stars.

Tell front staff to get off their phones and when checking in customers, tell them about what is available in the hotel. Girl with bullring in her nose (nearly all of them), just handed us keys, that’s it.

Get new luggage carts. The ones you have are horrible. I think you know they are horrible.

The beds are pretty bad. Someone went cheap when you swapped them out at remodel and we won’t be able to stay here again just for that reason.

Your elevators are making a death rattle. Unnerving.

The only issues that I had was that the toilet paper holder is too far down and toilet paper keeps slipping off of it. Even though we tried to heat the room the floor was really cold all the time. Other than that everything else was terrific!.

Evening staff was awsome, super nice, friendly helpful when checking me in. Food was awsome, room was great but there was a loud clicking sound coming from somewhere that kept waking me up. I was so tired I didn't realize there was a remote thermostat controlling the heater and sweat to death the first half of the night. Maybe a sticker telling us that the panel controls don't work. If i wasnt tired it wouldn't of been a issue I think lol. 😅 the morning staff checking me out was absolutely rude, super short, spent make eye contact. Didn't even ask how my night was. I'd still use again, beautiful facility.
