Fantastic location! We really enjoyed being able to walk to basically anything we needed. We got the Continental Breakfast, which was not my choice since I am not a big eater, but my work partners absolutely threw down! So it is well worth it if you have a big appetite. Pool area was very clean and well-maintained. Shelly at the front desk was more than patient addressing our multiple queries and helping us plan a bar crawl. We'll be back next year!

First of all, Issaquah is a small place.
This Hotel, in all my travels around the globe, lives up to its founders mission: to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

I stayed one night (with wife and child) just by happenstance.

Man, did I choose right. As an evening shift person… let me tell you, Ryan at the front desk gets his own 5 stars. He may not adhere to every policy (because he’s wearing his own sweater due to being near doors in 40° weather) but he’s dialed in. An excellent host with charisma and common sense. Which is refreshing.

The hotel itself was clean and nice. Excellent visual aesthetics, cleaner than a ā€œ5 starā€ estate. The housekeeping staff is on it! The waterfall out front was an appealing touch. I’m sure someone in the office is still anti-waterfall. Fire them. They don’t understand the business. The gym and pool facilities were outstanding. Clean, plenty of options, TV/water/views… they have it all! Everything essential or needed is available.

Next up, the hotel staff. I did not encounter a single crappy/crabby individual. Everyone knew their role quite well. To a level, I personally, see rarely in a business or in travel.
Danielle, Scott, Ethan, y mi hermanos de la cocina Pedro y Ricardo… did a bang up job. Give them all a raise. I can’t tell you enough how each of them performed so flawlessly that I would stay here just for fun to see them and interact with them again. They are the people’s people. They exhibit hospitality, humor, humbleness, and are attuned to making the guests feel welcomed. I thank them and you (boss man reading this. You’ve assembled an excellent team).
I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone.
Great job, and thank you… it was refreshing to stay with Hilton and get the Hilton experience… which, believe it or not, is not always the case.

The Issaquah team, however, delivers what you expect when you click to book your stay.

Great spot near bunch of restaurants. Food delivery available via door dash. No need front desk to check in/unlock room! Use digital key using Hilton app. Bar, pool, gym and paid breakfast on the lobby floor. Tons of parking. Cons - Front of hotel smells like a dog pee, bathroom light is super bright, I suggest having another low setting light available for midnight bathroom trips. A/C in our room made lots of noise, it woke me up 3x. Bed is sagging and has dip in the middle. Other than that, fantastic neighborhood, near highway exit and friendly staff.

Had a great stay for a couple's weekend! Excellent location within riding distance of multiple trails and walking distance of grocery shopping, restaurants, and fast food. Plus, super close to the highway so Uber/Lyft/Taxis were all immediately available. The Pool/Hot tub was open late which was great because we checked in much later than we expected. The front manager Shelly helped us plan out everything we needed. Super big help! Our room (and the complex as a whole) was remarkably quiet despite such close proximity to the highway. Not a sound all night. Didn't get to try the bar/restaurant but the Continental Breakfast was very good. If you're a breakfast person, I suggest you make a couple trips and stay a while!

Room was nice, Bed was ok
The hotel looks very nice but Expect to pay high prices for low quality food. Front desk employe was very professional and dressed appropriately.
The employees in the dining area were a disappointment along with the food, powder eggs, stale bread, frozen vegetables.
$17.65 for what should have been Complimentary.
Wow I really expected more quality from Hilton.
P.S. tell the young boy working the breakfast shift to Pick up his feet

If you have asthma or migraines, be careful staying at this property. They use very strongly fragranced cleaning supplies and put air freshener in the actual a/c, so you cannot escape the strong odors. This immediately caused a headache and triggered my asthma. Be sure to have your meds with you if you stay here.||Management was clueless about the dangers of such products to people sensitive with asthma, allergies, migraines, etc. Manager said they use ā€œnon-invasiveā€ products, but there’s no such thing. If you can smell it, the chemical has invaded your lungs. They were rude and said it doesn’t bother any of them and that it just ā€œsmells clean.ā€||After the desk clerk yelled at me for several minutes, they told me the only option was for me to go somewhere else because all of their rooms have been cleaned the same. They at least canceled the reservation…. Was all they did.||This used to be my favorite Issaquah hotel. Will not be returning due to hotel now being very asthma unfriendly. No clean air anywhere in the hotel. You will breathe strong ā€œperfumeā€ the whole time you’re there. Try the Marriott where they use safe cleaning products.

Exceptional customer service from Robert Leroque at the front desk both during check in when his coworker couldn't find our reservation and the next day when I asked for extra creamers for the coffee I made in my room. Clean, comfortable room with excepcional customer service

I live locally but was helping to coordinate a conference for two days so we stayed in the hotel. Everything was absolutely delightful. All of the staff were very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely (although I didn't spend much time in it. There is even a Keurig machine in the room! ) We ate in the restaurant twice and of course we had one breakfast and two lunches through the conference. The food was wonderful!
