This is a tough review to write. The hotel is undergoing considerable construction work. I noted that the bar area, the reception area, and the parking-level elevator lobby were among the areas being worked on. The construction limits the available services. That said, there were a couple of particularly bothersome issues. First, the construction crews were using the parking garage for a work area, I get that. They were also using it as a smoking area, which I believe is not permitted under WA state law. And, because the construction people were smoking in the parking garage, hotel guests were, too. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the parking garage and managed to seep into my vehicle because I left a window cracked a bit while it was parked in the garage. I also had to breathe the smoke from my car to the parking garage elevator lobby; the smell of smoke also got into my clothes. Second, the television remote in my room did not work. The front desk staff did their best to try and fix the issue but could not. The matter was fixed the following day, and the television worked on the second night of my two-night stay. My room was tranquil and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews (with photos), there is some discloration in the tub/shower enclosure caulk. I am unsure if this is mold/mildew; whoever installed the enclosures used the wrong caulk.

The staff was so nice and helpful the hotel it's self was clean. The room was very nice. There was a dead fly on the night stand and a couple beatle like things in the kitchen but I do think bugs happen no matter where you go?|The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life.y partner ended up sleeping on the couch and said it was like concrete. |The room was nice other than that. Loved the big bath tub we were in a king one bedroom suite

The bar, lobby and business center were all under construction. The bathroom was dated and the wifi was a huge pain to sign into. Would have been a great hotel at half the price but would be way better off staying at a holiday inn way cheaper

This was my second stay at this property and will be my last. The property is old and in dire need of upgrades. The AC/heaters take forever to respond and sound like a thrashing machine when operating. My room appeared clean until you get into the shower. There is visible mold on the ceiling with more staring to show through. All corners of the shower have mold. I could continue but take my word, it feels more like a cheap motel than any Hilton property I've seen, and I average 100+ nights a year. Even at check in you aren't offered water, which is always nice after a day of traveling but you can buy it in the room for $3. The breakfast is slow and not very good...I'll leave it at that. This property has the look and feel of being franchise owned and cutting every corner with disregard for the guests. There are better options just up the road that I'd highly recommend before coming here.

Review for Hilton Garden Inn Bothell (August 29-31 Stay)

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bothell from August 29-31. The hotel offers a 24-hour laundry service, which was reasonably priced at just $4 to wash and dry a loadโ€”very convenient! The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool, which were well-maintained and added to our overall experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and friendly service.

Absolute worst. Lobby torn up loud sawing. Front doors blocked so you have to go in a side door that is behind bushes. Waste of money. This is one and done. Never again. Expected better from the Hilton

I am modifying my review because the gym is now functional (and nice, but small). The service is ok, the food is not very good, but the rooms are adequate. The hotel faces the freeway, so get a room that faces the back. I expected a lot more out of a Hilton.

I was very impressed with the Hilton Garden Inn in Bothell, Washington. When you walked in there was a modern sculpture-like grass screen to welcome you instead of looking straight into the lobby. It was very clean and inviting. It looked like it had recently been updated with lovely colors in a modern style. The staff, including the cleaning crew, was great! They were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who checked me in (Adrienne?). The breakfast was tasty and hot. You do have to pay for the breakfast, but the price wasnโ€™t bad for a hotel. One thing to be aware of is that it is a bit difficult to find. But in actuality, once it was found, it felt very safe due to its location. Just follow your map even though it seems like your map is taking you to the wrong place. If you see a Jack in the Box and the Outback Steakhouse, you are in the right direction!
