I did not spend the night here so I can't rate the rooms other than a meeting room and suite visit. That room was spacious, appeared clean. The coffee maker took a long time for the first cup of coffee. The room for our meeting was almost too small for the chairs we sat in. I felt like I was in an airplane seat, way too close together. The bar area was good and the bartender made a mean margarita 😏 He was friendly and courteous.

I recently got the room with the hot tub for a romantic evening with my husband. This is the first hotel room with a hot tub I've booked that actually had hot water, we were very pleased. Hotel itself seemed like it needs a little TLC in some areas (carpet frayed, wallpaper peeling off, etc) but that's not a deal breaker. Room has a bit of a weird smell that lingered for a while when we got there. Breakfast was not very appetizing, but I appreciated the orange juice. Too cold to use the pool but it looked clean. I would definitely rent that same room again.

Some obvious wear and tear on the property, if you care about that sort of thing.

Beautiful quiet and cozy like grandma's house with the most delicious breakfast come stay and enjoy the pool area and jacuzzi perhaps you want to see a movie walking distance or enjoy other restaurants it's all walking distance maybe walk the mall go shopping for the kids. Great hotel come stay and explore

Held a three-day event of ~60 people at the hotel. Nora was great with the up-front planning and coordination. The event occupied several of the hotel's event rooms, and the staff effectively handled restructuring the room setups as needed for a variety of event days. Some up-front coordination allowed a set of rooms to be set aside for event participants. The event went well, in no small part to the hotel staff's planning and work. The hotel's location is well placed with many food options in the area for lunches and dinners.

Great hotel to visit the family during the holidays. Everything was clean and it’s so nice being next to a movie theater too for those late night outings. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful and started our stay at a high note!

The location at the hotel was ideal; located right in the heart of the Palmdale mall area. Several restaurants, such as Olive Garden and Red Lobster, were within walking distance. The rooms were very clean with a modern vibe. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I only have two complaints aboutthe hotel. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and I had to actually ask the girl at check in to come out of the office and help me with room keys! Additionally, I feel they should either include breakfast or charge a flat rate for it but they seem to have tiers of payment which are not spelled out unless you ask for the particulars.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Was booked through my work but was actually not bad at all. Decent pool and hot tub, a bar with a happy hour. Breakfast was made to order, however I'm not sure I'd have paid for it in addition to the room, only had it as it was part of my room rates. Staff were good. Rooms clean and well appointed at this price point. Bathroom was great- no signs of mould anywhere which is unusual. Room was serviced every two days which was fine. Very happy.

Got bit by bedbugs staying in this location..... Location is great with many places to eat at for dinner. Rooms are of modern quality
