Clean room. Nice toiletries. Blackout blinds worked well. I didn't use the pool and hot tub but it looked tempting. The gym has a Peloton. Convenient location. One of the first hotels I've been to (I travel a lot and have tried this a lot) where the touchless check-in and digital key worked without having to go to the front desk.

At a good Location. Parking was fine. Easy access to freeway. But that’s about it. Value for money is questionable for this old property. Even simple things like blinds do not work. Do not eat breakfast here. They just take forever to prepare simple orders.

Disappointed with this hotel. There is nothing within walking distance. Breakfast is not included. Housekeeping never came by our room the whole time we stayed. All the games in the conservatory were missing pieces. For the price, it seems like there are hotels that would provide a much better experience. Not a great value.

Excellent customer service from Will. His attention to details were remarkable. Will was extremely accommodating to my request, which made my stay a spectacular stay. He was very friendly and he exuded confidence. His experience in hospitality was quite present. Will’s Excellent Customer Service truly exceeded my expectations! ||Paige was also friendly and was concerned about stay before my departure. She acknowledged the unusual occurrence at breakfast and immediately reversed my points which were present on my printed receipt. Excellent Customer and I will certainly return soon.

We’ve been in the middle of a PCS (permanent change of station in the army) move from NC to WA and have been staying exclusively in Hilton hotels across the country since February 24th. We’ve stayed in embassy suits, Hampton inns, and garden inns, in NC, TN, KS, WY, UT, OR, and WA. This hotel was by far the worst both comparatively and due to our personal experience on their property with injury and a staff who made no attempt to assist. Unlike all the other named hotels across the other states you have to pay for the breakfast and it’s the same. Exact. Food. It made no sense. The beds were hard as a rock, house keeping came to pick up used towels and wouldn’t leave new ones, and one day didn’t take trash for some reason but clearly came in the room. We have a family of seven and no towels is a big deal as well as the tiny trash cans not being cleaned out. The bathrooms DO NOT lock which isn’t advertised so being there with our two rooms and five children meant the toddler was breaking boundaries with opening closed doors while girls/boys tried to change but worst of all the doors didn’t close all the way which means anyone trying to use the restroom for any reason has to do it with the door essentially open…. Staff said they’d send maintenance to at least look at that and fix it and “would get back with us”. They not only didn’t get back with us but that evening my wife went to close the door while I showered and the door flew off the railing and smashed her finger between the heavy door and the wall. It tore the skin off her finger and bruised it pretty had and she’s had to wrap it ever since. I attempted to communicate with the hotel staff about it on the app and they ignored it and never addressed it. I put the door back in the railing myself and tried it out and it flew backwards off the railing and crashed into the room. Again, the staff ignored my messages and attempts to communicate and it went unresolved. Between the poor accommodations, poor staff and management, overpriced basic hotel food, and the injury aspect I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hilton has far better hotels then a garden inn and even the Hampton inn in Lacey blew this place out of the water (not to mention the one in the middle of no where WY). ||Pick another hotel. This place is trash

I didn’t stay the night but grabbed breakfast at the attached restaurant. The pancakes were delicious! Came with a fantastic berry compote. Compliments to chef Ian. The server, Katie, was helpful and delightful and gave me the best seat in the house. ||Would eat again!

We stayed one night in a two queen room. Warm and welcoming lobby. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. We were in an inside room and didn't hear any noise. The staff was all very kind and professional. The breakfast buffet is about $12 and charged to your room but it's actually kind of a deal. I took a tray up to my room. The woman in charge of the buffet did a great job managing guests. So many people did not understand that they needed to pay for breakfast. She handled it well. What a tough job. If I need to be in Olympia again we will stay here.

A charming, reliable hotel secluded in the woods not far from downtown Olympia. Please note that you cannot walk from the hotel into town without risking your life. If you are planning to drive everywhere, that is not a concern, but I prefer my two feet and Amtrak as a mode of transportation when I can, and despite being close to downtown, this hotel is nearly inaccessible unless you are willing to either walk along the shoulder of a very busy road or wander along the train tracks for about a mile besides said road. In any case, the bed is soft and the room feels elegantly plush, just like one expects from a Hilton. I would like to give special thanks to Lexi, the concierge I talked to, who seemed genuinely friendly and very thoughtful. There are certainly much worse places to stay in this tiny eccentric elegant little city.
