My stay was pleasant. From the front desk staff on ALL shifts was so nice and helpful. The housekeepers, kitchen staff we're very nice and friendly everyone made you feel welcomed even the gardener and custodian. The breakfast and dinner was great. Thank you for great hospitality. The general manager should be well pleased with the staff.

The room comes across as clean, but there were a couple issues. The mattress was an older spring mattress that left my back aching in the morning and in need of a major pop, and pillows were very flat. The hard floors in the bathroom felt like whatever cleaning product they used was still on it. They felt slick as though dried cleaning product was on them. Also didn’t realize breakfast was $15 for the buffet or you had to order off the menu.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly front desk personnel, and has a restaurant on site. Access can be a bit confusing. King bed was comfortable. Bathroom had just shower and was very clean. It had been sometime since I stayed here, but it's a good spot to stay in Daphne.

this is not a pet friendly hotel. I was charged &75.00 for having a pet on a $145.00 one night stay. the pet fee was not mentioned until I showed up. on top of this UNFRIENDLY PET FEE, the room was in disrepair. I will never stay at a hilton hotel again.

The price seemed right, but breakfast changed my opinion of this hotel. We wrongly assumed that breakfast was complimentary. Since nothing about the cost was mentioned at check in and the sign in the lobby had no note of the cost, we accidentally spent $30 for a mediocre meal because we didn't notice the small handwritten sign near the breakfast bar that said the cost for breakfast was $15 per person. There were menus on the table, but no table service (which makes no sense). There were only 4 food items on the hot bar. The lady behind the counter said she would make more if she knew someone would eat it. The prices on the menus at the tables were lower than the breakfast bar, but we had already put food on our plate at the food bar when we figured that out. No one offered to help us. It ruined our experience at the hotel.

At $120 per night and no complementary breakfast, this hotel is overpriced.

The rooms were nice but nothing about them was luxurious. The beds were comfortable, but about the same as you'd expect from a much less expensive hotel. The carpet tiles and tiny bathroom reminded me of a budget hotel.

To top off this bad experience, I accidentally left my personal pillow and aluminum tumbler in the room when we checked out. My husband called to see about having those mailed to us and they said they wouldn't clean the room until then next day and asked us to call back then. We called back the next day and asked again about these items. They said they would check on it and call us back. They never did. I just spent more money replacing those items.

In general, avoid this hotel. You can find a much better value at other hotels in this area. If you do decide to stay here, save your money and have breakfast at a local restaurant. I will never stay here again.

I expected more. I agree with a previous review that the food was disappointing. I wasn't willing to pay $15 for a mediocre buffet, so we ordered the two eggs breakfast. The eggs were not fluffy, the potatoes were cooked too long and there was no toast or biscuits. Who doesn't serve toast with breakfast? The best part was the free coffee!
We stayed two nights. The shower head was not adjustable, so we nearly drown. After the first night, our beds were not made, the trash was not emptied, there were no fresh towels or coffee cups and no new coffee pods.
The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not!
