The rooms were okay. They were fairly clean, however, not very well maintained. The room had a strange smell, and there was a gross black stain in the shower. The bathrooms are extremely small. We stayed for three nights. The front desk staff have never been warm or welcoming. The sticker on the mirror says the rooms receive housekeeping services every other day. On the second day of our stay, we are expecting to come back to fresh towels and a nice clean room. This was not the case. When I approached the front desk staff member, she acted upset with me to have to look up from her computer screen. When I asked about housekeeping, she said the room should have been cleaned. End of story. No apologies, no, what can I get for you? Nothing. I asked for clean towels, and she acted put out to go get them. She came out with three, and I told her we had four people. She got another towel for me and handed it to me without saying anything. A sorry for your inconvenience or acting like she cared would have gone a long way. It is sad to be treated so poorly. I wasn't asking for anything extra. Very disappointing, Hilton!

One night stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking in a well-lit and tidy lot. Felt safe unloading the car. Check in and out was smooth and efficient, staff was very courteous. Hotel and room was clean though some scuffs and wear were visible. Room was good-sized with enough storage for luggage and still move about. TV or remote didn't work, but arrived late enough to just get to sleep. Bed was comfortable enough and room was quiet, so had a good night's sleep.||Breakfast was not included, we chose to visit a local coffee shop nearby.||This was a good stay, met all the basics for a good night's rest, but just typical of other HGI experiences and other hotels of class. Worth a return stay at the right price.

Can not say enough great things about this hotel and its staff. We were in town and needed to extend our stay twice. We stayed a total of three weeks at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The whole hotel was clean and safe. We would definitely stay again if we ever find ourself in the area.

**Review of The Hilton Hotel: A Disappointing Experience**

I recently stayed at The Hilton Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a far cry from the quality I expected. I had specifically requested a room with a king bed and a pull-out bed for two adults and one child. Given that this is a family-friendly setup, I assumed it would be standard practice to have an extra blanket available for the pull-out bed. To my dismay, this turned out not to be the case.

When I called the front desk to inquire about an additional blanket, I spoke with an employee named Amish. His rudeness was shocking; he interrupted me multiple times and bluntly informed me that they had no blankets to spare. It felt as though he was more interested in dismissing my concerns than providing any customer service. I attempted to clarify if there were blankets available for other rooms, but he cut me off again, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

The lack of basic amenities like extra blankets is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. How can a hotel with numerous beds fail to provide enough blankets? This oversight speaks volumes about their attention to guest needs and overall service quality.

This experience has left such a sour taste that I can confidently say it will be my first and last stay at a Hilton hotel. I’ll be returning to Wyndham, where I've never faced such issues. If you're considering staying here, think twice—there are better options out there that prioritize guest satisfaction.

I almost always stay at Hilton properties.

In this instance, I requested and was assigned a top floor room; 322
If I'm traveling solo, I always travel with my Service Dog, as was the case this time. Upon arrival, the genuinely friendly desk clerk observed my dog and changed my room to 132, a "dog room"!!
I wasn't in the mood to argue with a person who was clearly unaware of the unlimited accessibility of Service Dogs.
I accepted the room change without issue. I considered this a minor issue at the time. I got to the room and settled into a typically well-appointed Hilton room. After a while, actually, the next morning, I noticed subtle unfinished wall repairs around the window, a two foot long seam split in the carpet and warn frayed corners on the mattress frame.
Alright, I grant you that these were petty issues, but this was not Hilton quality. Then it dawned on me that this was a so-called "dog room" and that repair just might not be a priority as a result.
Regardless, I kept the room for my entire 3 night stay.
All things equal, the property WAS well run. Neat and clean, well maintained exterior. Modern well kept lobby area and restaurant/bar, as well.
Bottom line, it was a comfortable stay.
Just complete the repairs and train staff on accessibility ♿️ of service dogs.

Dishonest and disgusting hotel. The worst Hilton property l've been to by far, we ended up leaving after checking in and not even staying overnight. Rooms were gross, stained carpet and couches. Air conditioner was falling apart, missing an entire sconce by the bed. Every door and surface had chipped paint, their bathroom fixtures were dirty and scratched up. Felt unsafe as the reinforcement lock was broken off in our room.

We tried to get moved to another property with no avail got in touch with a manager who assured us of a refund and lied. The pictures online are not the reality with this property, you'd think we paid $30 per night for this room not $130.

We were promised a refund and after months never received it for a property we never stayed at.

I had a long day traveling, hadn’t eaten and was starving. I am celiac and non of the allergens were listed on the menu at the restaurant. Brian went above and beyond , calling mangers and chefs to finally get an answer on allergens and figure out that I could eat dinner there. His attention to detail, and inquiring about each ingredient was next level hospitality. He brought me an abundant meal and I felt well taken care of. I’m grateful for the service.

I recently returned to Los Angeles after staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Irvine Lake Forest for three nights with my husband and our one-year-old mini golden doodle. Initially, we had planned to stay for just one night due to the wildfires in LA County, but our stay extended as the situation unfolded. From beginning to end, the experience at this property was nothing short of amazing.

The service at the restaurant downstairs for breakfast was phenomenal—special shoutout to Karl and Renee, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. They were incredibly accommodating, whether it was arranging a late checkout or ensuring we could stay in the same room night after night as we rebooked. Their kindness and attentiveness during such a stressful time made all the difference, especially with me being five and a half months pregnant.

The hotel truly lives up to being pet-friendly, allowing us to keep our little golden doodle comfortable throughout our stay. My husband and I were even able to get work done, and the surrounding area was perfect—walkable with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby for necessities.

During a heartbreaking and uncertain time for Los Angeles, the warmth and hospitality shown by the Hilton Garden Inn team meant so much to us. We’re incredibly grateful for the care we received and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making such a challenging time a little bit easier.
