The hotel provided an excellent experience overall. It is great to have a more budget-friendly Hilton option in this area that still offers well-appointed rooms and quality amenities. Check-in was seamless, and Ivan was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. My only critique pertains to the frosted glass panel between the bathroom and the main room, as it allows light to pass through, which may be disruptive. This observation is based on our stay in a king-bed room on the fourth floor.

With Hilton honors points to redeem and an upcoming trip to Disneyland; this hotel presented itself in perfect timing. Not only did it look exactly like the photos online but the staff was overall the best I’ve experienced when traveling. Everyone and I mean everyone greeted us with a smile and kindness no matter what time of day/night it was. With being a Hilton honors member, I was able to check in prior to our arrival. I had a slight attitude about the $25 a night valet but upon our arrival, the valet staff unpacked our car and took our luggage to our room. I was very impressed. One feature I was extremely pleased with was; in order to use the elevator, you have to swipe your room key. That was top tier to me as a single mom traveling knowing that no one can just come in and out that’s not a guest. It made me feel very safe. The room was a decent size and very clean! The only thing I would’ve like was a mini fridge to store any leftovers from all our good eats in the area. The shower was amazing! The view from the suite itself and the rooftop was nice. I knew there was a rooftop pool but because we were arriving in December I assumed it would be closed. The day we arrive it was close to 75 but still a slight breeze but to our pleasant surprise; the pool was heated! Our girls had so much fun splashing around. Again all of the staff were very kind from the cleaning staff we passed in the hallway to the front desk; everyone was fantastic! Through our valet ticket we were able to request our car to be ready before we came down. Another plus especially when traveling with small kiddos! The location itself was perfect! Only 15 minutes away from Disneyland and even closer to a target about 3 mins away! If I ever find myself in Anaheim again, I’ll stay here for sure!

Had a wonderful experience when visiting. Beautiful establishment along with wonderful and genuine customer service. I had Justin as my bartender while there and besides the most delicious drinks the atmosphere was perfect! Would definitely come back to stay along with having Justin as my bartender again. Thanks again Hilton for another wonderful stay!

Had the wonderful opportunity of having a drink at the bar downstairs and was met with the manager/bartender Justin. He was exceptional in the service he provided and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. I highly recommend this establishment not only because it is beautiful inside and out but especially because of the great staff! Thank you Justin for impeccable service! Definitely will be back.

I chose the Hilton to start my birthday celebration week. I love the hotels in the chain. However, my experience was not the best. I received good service at the reception, but everything I had requested, which was just a double bed, was not met. As a HH member, I expected much more! They put me in a room with two beds, a door that shares with another room, and two complimentary water bottles for being a member. No complimentary breakfast, nothing more! The hotel is beautiful, super new, and I really expected more, even though I had given advance notice of my birthday and requested a large bed. The pool is cold and dirty! They don't make the rooms! You spend the whole day out and when you come back not even your bed has been made! Is this really a Hilton

I don’t know why this hotel is so underrated. I stayed in a million of hiltons and I’d say this one is impressive. The design here, from lobby to room, is modern yet classic, giving a vibe of OC. They even have a dance room in the gym! Small but neat. Lets gooo dancers! The rooftop pool is also very cool. Good place to hang out with family and friends or just stay for a night.

Hotel lacked professionalism, when you ask for things you expect them to come through, they said they would send what we need to our rooms and it never happened. Room controls didn't work in both my rooms or on the app. But worst of all valet lost my guest car and got it towed, we checked out at 1030am and didn't get to leave till 230pm. You would think the front desk would of comped us a breakfast or helped in any way but they did nothing for us but say valet on the property is a 3rd party and it's not there fault. By far the worst experience we have ever had l. Fix it hilton
